Good quality, but not what I ordered
The curtains are beautiful quality and will look very nice. However, I ordered the curtains with the dark colored grommets and received the curtains with plastic holding tabs. I read the description of the curtains and that colors appear different from the picture, but these curtains truly appear to be a completely different color than even the description of the color. I thought they would be somewhat more blue in tone, but they are a lot more yellow-green than the pictures online.

I didn't get a confirmation or shipping…
I didn't get a confirmation or shipping notice so wasn't sure I was going to get the curtains I ordered. That would be a nice improvement. But the curtains are exactly what I wanted and of good quality. I'm very happy with them. It was worth the wait.

Different color than advertised.
Curtains I received are not the color advertised on the website. I was very excited to get my “forest green” curtains but what I got is a blueish/ teal green. Fabric is beautiful and they arrived quickly. Unfortunately I will not hang this color in my home. I have sent them a series of emails explaining the issue with pictures to prove it and I keep being told there is no mistake… as if I can’t see this blatant difference in color. Cost to send them back is not refunded and nearly $100. Disappointing.

Not as advertised. Very wrong color.
The product seemed to be made well, but the colors were not even close to what was advertised. We ordered gray, we received green. The company does not allow returns for wrong colors. It would have been fine it it was a little off, but this was wasted money. I will not do business with them again. They took my money and they do not allow for the customer to be satisfied with the product. VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE.

1. The sheer curtains you ordered do be a little greenish (there's no this whole gray sheer curtains in our store), and the pictures you see online are of grayish CURTAINS instead of sheers.
Because the curtains and matching sheers are put together, there are only two sheer curtains with a touch of green and gray tones, the rest are gray curtains.
2. Your return is acceptable for us. But you'll need contact your local shipping carrier and pay the return shipping charge. Because this reason(Misunderstood the image of the product or Not the color you wanted.) does not qualify for free return shipping.

I am not a happy to have to give such a negative review. I purchased one set (2 panels) of the Navy Blue White Leaf Pattern Drapes for $149.00. The background color is not true to the photo on the website. It is much darker and has a slight purple hue. It clashes with my wall color. The pattern is also more modern then I expected. The
company would not send a return label. They said I had to pay the shipping and sent me an address in Shanghai. I was okay with that until a went to the UPS store. The shipping price from the midwest is slightly over $300.00. So yes, technically, you can return the product but it makes no economic sense.
Buyer beware. This is the only company out of four, that has this policy.

1. Indeed, color difference is a big challenge not only for us but also for all online sellers, because it is not only from the different ambient light when shooting and the final hanging, and different batches might also have color differences due to current dyeing process limitations, and the display effect of the different monitor may be also different, and different customers may have different color senses too.
2. We encourage customers, especially those with very high color requirements, to purchase throw pillows of the same fabric before ordering curtains (Free samples can also be available but need to pay for shipping).
3. Due to the rapid increase in logistics and transportation costs due to the Covid-19 pandemic, our profit does be very small, and we recommend that you choose the cheapest channel for return.

The navy drapes are perfect
The navy drapes are perfect. I got double fabric 84” length. They block the light completely!!! Perfect seams all lengths are the same - 3 prs. If I need more drapes will definitely be buying from them .

Beautiful Curtains
I was looking for a linen look fabric that would work nicely with bamboo shades and these curtains worked perfect. They provided the beautiful pop of color I was looking for and are exactly as pictured. The quality of fabric was nice and included a sturdy drape tape with hooks. So happy.

The mailing box arrived taped at both ends, which should have been the first clue the insides had ben used.
Parts of the hardware were missing.
Back it went for replaement, but it had better be complete!
