I am sending this in on behalf of my husband who recently had YAG procedure on both eyes and what an excellent experience all round from start to finish. He would highly recommend David Anderson as his expertise is second to none.
Also the service recieved from all staff involved including Nuffield hospital was faultless .

I’ve had a couple of procedures with David and the team. I felt totally comfortable and assured that I was being operated on by someone who’s at the forefront of his field. I can’t recommend Anderson Eye Care highly enough.

I recently had SMILE laser eye surgery with Mr Anderson. The experience was great form start to finish including the booking process through the dedicated office, who I contacted a few times and were always helpful. Mr Anderson was professional and welcoming throughout the process and I am extremely impressed with the outcome of my vision which is better than 20/20 and better than I have ever seen before as a contact lens wearer of 10 years.

All the staff were very attentive, professional and caring.

The service offered by Anderson Eye Care was exceptional. I was diagnosed with Keratoconus in 2020 and initially referred to Moorfields Eye Hospital. We discussed treatment options and they said there is no surgery available to treat this condition, just monitor it as it deteriorates further. Eventually I should go on the Corneal Transplant waiting list (2 year waiting list prior to COVID and then up to 2 year’s recovery, providing my body doesn’t reject the foreign body). Initially I was told that I may have to stop work and eventually driving, at 31 years old this was tough to hear. I decided to look for treatment options practiced worldwide, looking for the best outcomes. I am now three years since my initial cross linking and surface ablation (Athens Protocol) and two years since my enhancement and things couldn’t be better. I wanted to wait this length of time before writing my review to give better time tested feedback on my surgery. Recent eye examinations and scans show that my eye looks completely normal and now I don’t need any correction at all. If you are going through this condition and you have enough corneal thickness remaining it is 100 % worth having a consultation with Dr Anderson. This surgery has allowed me to live life as normal without having to sacrifice my future. Thank you to Dr Anderson and team for you excellent professionalism and care.

I am 52 and had Presbyond surgery as I no longer wanted to wear reading glasses. The service provided by Anderson eyecare has been excellent from start to finish. I had my 3 month check up and all is going well. The change takes some getting used to but is definitely worth it. The entire team, process and aftercare have been excellent.

Amazing from start to finish. Mr Anderson was a kind and knowledgeable doctor who was honest about the procedures and put my mind at rest. The nurses were also amazingly kind and caring. Could not recommend this team and ICL enough- truly has changed my life!

I had been considering laser eye surgery for a couple of years. Following consultations with two high street clinics, David Anderson was personally recommended to me so after some research online I booked an initial consultation. David and his team immediately put me at ease. The treatment I was suitable for was Advanced Surface Ablation (ASA). This was different to the high street chains offered treatment and alongside scans of my eyes and medical history, David explained why this was the best option for me, which made total sense compared to the high street option. I was advised that this option is the more painful treatment and that the first few days would be very painful, which was true. On the day of the procedure the nursing and theatre staff were brilliant, keeping me relaxed and David spoke to me throughout explaining what was happening and when it would happen so nothing was unexpected. After a few days the pain had subsided and I could see improvement in my vision. It’s been 5 weeks since my procedure and my vision is slowly improving week by week. In the first couple of days I was questioning why I had voluntarily agreed to this but now I have no regrets and wish I had done it sooner. Without hesitation I would recommend David Anderson.

Best service and care. I had bilateral cataract operation done. The care and support I got from Mr Anderson, his team and his secretary (Olivia) was the best. No questions was too small. Thanks to lots of relevant information prior to the operation- both written and from the consultant face to face- I was able to approach the procedure without worry or anxiety. The procedure was carried out quickly and expertly with several follow ups to re-assure me.
My only issue was that, due to my having a
general anaesthetic, a pre-assessment was needed before the operation. I was only given one day's notice and one appointment time to have the pre-assessment . This was very inconvenient,
All things considered though I would recommend the team and the venue highly.

The consultation is thorough and in a very relaxed environment .On the day of surgery the staff were very calming and informative.
