Really well looked after!
I have been so happy with the service I have received from both Victoria and Harpindar at the Downend Branch. They have gone above and beyond to help me finding new tennants for my flat and talking me through the fully managed option. Downend branch review in particularly Rebekah
Everyone I interacted with at the Downend branch was really knowledgable and friendly. Rebekah in particular was so enthusiastic, kind and professional in all my interactions with her. She was much more responsive than many other agents I'd come across in Bristol, made sure I found the right property and that the rental would be successful.

Rebekah - Downend branch, Great service :)
I was shown around a rental property by Rebekah at Andrews, Downend. She was warm, friendly and approachable from the moment we met, and immediately put me at ease.
She was knowledgeable about the property, answered all of my questions and took the time to chat rather than rushing through the viewing.
I really appreciated how genuine and personable she was, and I never felt like "just another applicant."
Thank you for such a positive experience. It's refreshing to meet someone who is both professional and genuinely kind.

Right from the start Gurmit was friendly and approachable. Talking to a real person who is friendly and has a sense of humour is instantly distinguishable from someone who's operating to a script. Andrew’s has managed my rental property for almost 8 years and I would like to thank all property managers at Downend who have been responsible during this time for the very efficient way they have carried out their roles. So far it's been a good experience, they have been communicating with me from the time I applied for the house to now, called me today to find out if I could make it to the viewing, though I wasn't around but my husband was able to make it, hopefully it's going to be a great relationship from here onwards.
