Having used Andrew Estate Agents as a landlord for about 15 years, I have been very happy with their service especially Greg Lines.Finding me great tenants, great communication and sorting out any problems quickly with minimum fuss.

Very friendly agents. I worked with Sarah Ford and Laila Von Trapp. They both were positive, upbeat, professional and very responsive with all my questions. They made my flat search painless and felt like they really cared for me.

We have been with Andrews for the past 13 years and have been very satisfied with the service received. I would especially like to thank and commend Ms Denise Walters, who is our property manager, for the wonderful service provided to us. She has been efficient and prompt in addressing all queries and has been very helpful.

All the Andrews sale team are attentive, friendly and charming to work with and respond when they say they will. High level of communications over what became an elongated process owing to a less than responsive solicitor. They handled the viewings perfectly, arranged for surveyors to visit the empty property and took electricity and gas meter readings prior to completion. They were consistent in providing a high level of service.

During the rental process, they have been very helpful and ensured that we were fully informed throughout. Everything has been very professional and transparent, couldn't ask for a better service. Daryn Mukoyi has been exemplary in his assistance.

I had a great experience with the team at Andrews Downend, Bristol. Rebekah and Harpindar were both friendly, approachable, and very informative throughout the viewings. They showed me two different properties and took the time to answer all my questions, offering helpful insights. Their professionalism and knowledge made the process smooth and enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive estate agent.

We had real trouble getting our exchange over the line. The staff at Andrew’s Downend were communicative and proactive throughout the whole process ensuring that we were well informed of any updates and ultimately helped us get to the point of exchange.

Rebekah was warm and friendly. Very professional and courteous. Incredibly well presented and great fun. A credit to her profession. Although her sense of direction on roundabouts is questionable. 🤣🤣🤣 She's lovely.

We've rented our Oxford flat through Andrews in Headington for over a decade. The team have always been helpful and professional in managing all aspects of the tenancy on our behalf. Our main contact, Elizabeth, has dealt promptly and efficiently with any issue that's arisen, keeping us well informed throughout. Being a landlord can be daunting but we've felt well supported by Andrews and can recommend them.

George at Andrews was very personable and friendly. He ensured our needs were always met, and kept us up to date regularly with our house purchase. We found the service from Andrew's very professional, efficient and would recommend.

Sarah Robinson has been outstanding and professional whilst I have been dealing with Andrew’s. She responds immediately and understands the needs of both the tenant and landlord. She is an asset to the company.

On my visit to the Downend office today, both staff who saw me were perfect when dealing with my query. Gurmit Kaur was very understanding when I later explained our family was going to deal with the rent increase ourselves.

I have had such a great experience with Andrews in Wallington. They were always happy to help and despite me constantly ringing them and driving them mad, they were always very friendly and happy to help. If it wasn’t for Sarah, Laila and Rebecca I wouldnt be happily settled with my 2 girls in this wonderful home.

Zubear was a very reliable throughout the whole experience. All calls and emails replied to promptly. Zubear and Duane were great support. Would strongly recommend with their level of support.
