Wij gebruiken sinds twee maanden de Anex IQ kinderwagen. We zijn hier heel enthousiast over! Hij heeft verschillende opzetstukken, waardoor je hem langere tijd kunt gebruiken. Daarnaast is de kinderwagen makkelijk in en uit te klappen en is hij niet zwaar. Ook het autostoeltje is licht en makkelijk in gebruik. Behalve dat de IQ lijn prettig is in gebruik, vinden we het ook een mooi strak design. Wij zouden Anex zeker aanbevelen!

We got Anex E type for our second baby girl! We have strong winters, so I am sure our choice is the best, leather like material is easy to clean, even in summer it doesn’t feel like hot for bb. I regularly use the bag for everyday outings with babies. Aesthetic, comfortable, good height for taller adults, Anex is a perfect support for young Moms 🤞🫶🏻🥰

I got an Anex E/type stroller. I’m happy with it, it’s big, stable, easy on every type of road. It’s leather like, so it’s easy to clean, wipe after a rain. Дуже дякую за швидке і якісне обслуговування! Проблему вирішили за день! Зверталися з проханням відремонтувати гальма, відремонтували не тільки гальма, а й замінили логотип на новий! Велике вам дякую!

Tuve que hacer una solicitud de servicio por la rotura de la tela de mi silla de paseo air z, ademas de responder super rápido y de manera muy amable han resuelto mi problema sin poner objeción ninguna, aun no siendo un defecto técnico ese tipo de rotura, me van a mandar esta tela para poder reponerla. Un 10 a la atención al cliente!!

Inmiddels bijna 2 jaar eigenaar van een anex e-type kinderwagen. Echt super blij met de kinderwagen, helaas ging de rits van de rugzak stuk en die van de mand werd ook slecht na bijna dagelijks gebruik. Hier heb ik een melding van gemaakt bij de garantie en een week later werden deze thuis omgeruild voor nieuwe producten.
Echt een super fijne en goede service!

Our brake has been damaged. After Message to aftersales Anex send courier , took frame and send repaired frame. All took them 3 working days, so Bravo for the Anex Poland and Service.

The stroller of our baby was damaged from Turkish Airlines, and they did not pay to change a part of it. We contacted directly Anex Baby and without any hesitation they informed us that they will sent the part for free. We were really surprised, because it was not their fault. My only explanation is, an Anex stroller should always attract everybody's attention, this is why they do not allow their product to look bad.

I had couple of issues with our Anex Type/L. First was a warranty case, the second one wasn’t a warranty one. However the Ukrainian customer service did a great favor for us. They a tiny plastic detail should be replaced they replaced it on their own and even send the carriage back to us on their cost! So despite it wasn’t a warranty case we just paid for sending the carriage to customer service. Very cool experience! I definitely recommend Anex as a baby carriage manufacturer. Their care of customers is great and the carriages are good too.

Maximálna spokojnosť s typom anex e type. Neskôr som chcela kúpiť anex air z .no čakala som príliš dlho a už som bola bez kočíka. Musela som kúpiť inú značku. Škoda. Jedno mínus dlhá doba čakania .aj na prvý. Bábätko už doma a my stále boli bez kočíka. Inak kvalita top.

Wózek Anex e/type to bez wątpienia najlepszy zakup z całej wyprawki.
Użytkujemy go od 1,5 roku. Porównywałam go z wózkami znajomych (różnych producentów) i naprawdę nie co porównywać.
2 razy musieliśmy składać reklamację - raz na plecak (zamek się rozpruł), a raz na uszkodzony hamulec. Za każdym razem kontakt z serwisem był świetny, a proces reklamacji ekspresowy.
Nowy plecak wrócił do mnie po 2 dniach od złożenia reklamacji, a ramę wózka wysłałam w poniedziałek (firma zleciła odbiór przez kuriera, więc ja musiałam ją tylko zapakować), a w piątek odzyskałam już naprawioną.
Jestem zachwycona poziomem kontaktu z klientem, jakością produktów również. Zniszczyły nam się elementy, które non stop są eksploatowane, więc miały prawo się uszkodzić, jednak tak jak napisałam, naprawa/wymiana przeszła moje najśmielsze oczekiwania.
