I'm so happy with my ring , I sent the ashes off and was received by 8th September. The detail is so beautiful.
Received 15th October, wrapped in a beautiful presentation box with the remainder of my mum's ashes .
Will definitely order again .

Absolutely love my ring. Everything were to such amazing standards. The packaging and little added details were such a lovely touch too. Very please with my purchase. Would have given full stars but no communication were given about the item had been despatched. Communication not the quickest either. But all in all I will be ordering again so thank you.

Ordered before the 2pm deadline for next day delivery for the collection vial, 3 days later still haven't received it, sent countless emails, all of which have gone unanswered so with alarm bells ringing, I've now asked to cancel and be refunded, again, no response

I’m really satisfied and grateful for how easy it was to order this bracelet on line simple and efficient. When it arrived I can honestly say it was emotional. The photo really didn’t do it justice it was so beautiful and perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and buy from them again.

I have tried to contact Angels Meadow to enquire if an out of stock item will be coming back in stock for order. I sent two WhatsApp messages(the first sent an AI reply to say they usually respond within 24 hours) and that didn’t happen so I sent a follow up WhatsApp message and included the order numbers for the two items I had previously ordered and were pleased with. Still no reply to my message so I looked back on website and sent an email to the help@angelsmeadow address and guess what. STILL NO REPLY. Angels Meadows your customer service is rubbish. Well that got a response but I still want confirmation of restocking or not. They said they got my initial WhatsApp so why didn’t they respond then. I did click the option to let me know when back in stock but got no confirmation email that I would be informed. How do I know if you actually do follow up. Your current record in customer service needs greatly updated.

I got a ring from Angel meadows and the quality is absolutely amazing, couldn’t be happier with how the ring turned out and even down to the presentation of the bag it came in.
Only thing i would say is customer support is lacking, i messaged on whatsapp just for an update and never got a response. not important but would have been nice to get a message back from them.
