After receiving the original blanket. It got rips on a seem. I contacted support and sent them a couple of pictures, they didn’t hesitate to send us out a brand new one right away.

Ordered the camp chair and stool as a 'trial' because I had never heard of this company/product. Price seemed "too good to be true". Skeptical but the chair/stool looked too cute not to order. Received today and this IS the real deal! Assembled...great fabric...great size for "camp"....ordered four more today! LOVE...

I am sure I am Anifurry’s biggest fan!
Over the last 2-3 years I have bought many many things from them for ourselves and for friends and family in the UK and now Australia. We all absolutely love their products. Recently (30/11/25) they had an amazing sale and I ordered an awful lot of things including the chairs and stools as it was almost rude not to!! I actually thought it was too good to be true. It wasn’t. They arrived and they are all beautiful.

Their products and customer service is beyond excellent. A First class company and with First class products. A rare thing indeed.

I rarely leave reviews but this one is so deserved.

Not a Quality Product and will not refund my purchase. Clicked on a targeted Facebook advertisement for their blankets claiming site-wide sales for the up coming holidays and gladly made a purchase for a gift for my significant other. Upon giving the gift and inspecting the product it was found to be low quality very matted down faux fur and not soft as one would expect from the website pictures. I reached out to customer service for an RMA on my order only to be told since my ordered product was on sale that I could not receive a full refund…..THE ENTIRE WEBSITE WAS ON SALE AT THAT TIME!!!!! It was advertised for the whole Facebook world to see! How may others were duped into this advertising scheme this Christmas season and stuck with a product they do not wish to have?

Purchased 2 wool blankets and a folding chair in Aug. had a few months to try them out. They are Built to last, exceptional quality, everyone tells me they love the blankets and chair. Colors and quality are excellent. The wool blankets are soft and amazing to wrap up in. This is a must buy. I’ll be purchasing these for close friends this holiday season! Can’t wait to see what else this company comes out with. Well done!!

I got a Mojave wood camping chair and liked it so much, I got another one. The customer service was excellent, as the individual was courteous and very helpful. I'm actually thinking about getting another chair as a gift, that's how much I like it! I highly recommend this product and company.

Really love the blanket I received. I was so shocked in how well it was made and also how fast I received my package. Very well packaged to. Very well sealed. Air pressured too. Wow. The blanket heavy, and when I first slept on it which I may say I was not going to do so, I was knowledge out and I found both my cats on it thinking I was momma cat. Lol. They love the blanket too I have to say too they knock out quick. I've shown this blanket to several people and im actually going to get one for a gift. Soon to get.

I experienced a shipping SNAFU with one of these blankets ( the package was severely beat up ) and AniFurry sent me another of the same kind as a complimentary item. They were eager to help me and very prompt to address the issue. Outstanding customer service!!!

Bought 2 chairs with stools and trays. These products are exquisite and well crafted. We do a lot of trailer camping and we've gone through a few sets of camping chairs: each one follows the same design that makes for an uncomfortable chair that inevitably breaks within a year. Now I admit that I haven't had these Anifurry chairs, so I will have to come back and update this review in a year, but just by looking at them they are different. And did I saw beautiful. Marie Kondo that shit old chair out of your life and get a chair that brings you joy!

I was a bit hesitant at first noting i live in Sydney, Australia and I’ve not had the best experiences with ordering from overseas, however, although it was a bit slower to arrive than anticipated, with the tracker I could tell it was on the move. Anyway, the quality of the faux fur blanket is much better than expected. I will absolutely purchase more in the future, I’m just not sure which one yet. Thanks.

I purchased two chairs from Anifurry for over $300, and unfortunately, both broke after just six weeks of normal use. While the design is beautiful and exactly what I was looking for aesthetically, the quality is extremely disappointing. To make matters worse, I’ve been given the runaround by customer service, with no clear resolution in sight. It’s frustrating to invest in what seemed like a quality product, only to be let down by both durability and support. I truly wish the experience had matched the chairs’ appearance.

I have increased my stars from 1 to 5. I stand by the fact that their Customer Service is terrible but I did in the end receive my purchases. And my purchases seem to be of a good quality...

I wish i had checked TrustPilot first... This company has absolutely terrible customer service and i just threw my money down the drain. Do not buy from this company!!!

I invested a few hundred dollars on a comforter set with three pillow cases. I was really excited about the design and initially liked the heavyweight quality. Within weeks, it started to deteriorate despite me never washing them. In less than a few months, they all look horrible. I have written Anifurry with no response, which is really disappointing. I mean, I expect things to last longer than a few months. This was a slurpge for me to have a nice comforter set, but they certainly don't look nice now. I do not recommend any of the materials. The only thing that weathered ok is the fake fur part.

Anifury is a scam site.

I paid over £600 for an order but only one thing turned up.

I received two blankets: the Gold/Turquoise Aztec and the Mohave Muska. Both arrived in excellent condition, neatly packed in vacuum-sealed bags within the shipping box. After a quick brush to fluff them up, they were absolutely perfect.

I’ve had these blankets for a few weeks now, and they’ve been fantastic on cold nights. They’re incredibly warm and cozy, and the designs double as stunning décor when not in use.

One blanket measures 55"x74" and the other 60"x80". At 6 feet tall, I find that both provide excellent coverage and comfort. I’m thoroughly impressed, and every time someone sees these blankets, they ask me where I got them!

Their customer service was equally outstanding, with quick response times and helpful answers to all my questions. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free.

I couldn’t be happier with them and would highly recommend these blankets to anyone looking for comfort and style

I placed an order on November 27 and received an order confirmation. Then I heard NOTHING so on December 13 I sent an email asking for the status of my order. On December 15 they replied -- they were sorry but they were out of stock on that item.
This is TERRIBLE customer service -- at this point it's too late to order much of anything in time for Christmas.

I must say that my blanket I ordered is more than I expected. The quality is absolutely amazing and is beyond the expectations I expected! I recommend to anyone looking to purchase a gift for someone or like me just treating myself! I will definitely be ordering the turquoise throw for Christmas for my granddaughter!
