Wrong item and delayed delivery.
From were to start. First my order was delayed with more than a week and when i finally got it, it was wrong one. Apparently someone doesn't make a difference between Hashirama and Madara. The option they offered were money back or vaucher (like i ever gona shop again). Now I am in the middle of a long email saga, i hope that atleast i will get my money back...

Avoid!!!!
Avoid!!!!! Ordered an expensive product beginning of August, was told 5-7 working days delivery. Only after a few weeks of me chasing them did they tell me they didn't have the product in stock. I asked for a refund they offered me store credit. Not including the price if paid for delivery as they said that covered their shipment insurance. Even though they never sent the product out. There was nothing else I wanted from the store so again asked for a refund but they refused to give one!!!

Ordered an expensive anime figure six weeks ago, I have contacted via email to ask for an update where's my order, 3days later received email with the opologies they are very busy, then week later I have contacted them for an update.received email stating my order been delivered before I contacted the!Never delivered.
2 weeks later I was sent a tracking number with no information delivered to where?my address is clearly printed on the order.
Six weeks later, still no item, still out of pocket, still being given the run around.No replay.
Selling Uk based web, office in France, orders shipped from China.Scam

Fake.
Ordered an expensive item six weeks ago, it took four weeks of back and forth emails to be told told they didn't have my address (which are present on my payment receipt) and that there was issues with postage on their part..
Five weeks later I was sent a dud tracking...
Six weeks later, still no item, still out of pocket, still being given the run around.

Scam company!!! Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!
Scam company!!!! They ordered a pair of trainers for my son and they’ve sent a completely different shoe( which is also crap quality Chinese rubbish!!!!) have been less than helpful and making it impossible to get a refund, even though they’ve acknowledged they’ve sent me the wrong thing!!!
