I ordered a G-SHOCK GWF-A1000-1AJF from animota.net, advertised as "brand new." However, what I received raised serious concerns:

The watch arrived without a single document – no instruction manual, no warranty card, no Casio inserts, nothing except the watch and its box.

This is not standard for a brand-new Casio G-Shock, especially a model in this price range.

While the watch itself appeared unused, the absence of proper documentation suggests it may be a display model or an open-box unit.

I paid 680€ + 220€ tax for that watch.

When I contacted their customer service, they:

Offered a 2,000 JPY refund (~€12) as a goodwill gesture, which is completely inadequate.

Refused my request for a more appropriate compensation (10,000 JPY) and closed the issue, saying they "couldn’t do more."

Their attitude was essentially:
“The item is new because we say so. No further help will be provided.”

👉 Be extremely cautious if you plan to purchase high-value items from Animota.net.

J'ai jamais reçu ma figurine, après avoir bataillé j'ai eu un avoir de 50€ qui n'a absolument pas été pris en compte dans ma deuxième commande. Et en plus y a 49€ de DOUANE c'était écrit nulle part et surtout quand ça a calculé mon adresse postale j'ai eu absolument aucune info là dessus. C'est honteux je recommanderais plus jamais. A FUIRE !

AN ABSOLUTE SCAM DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE
I bought a figure of a videogame around 24th of december 2024 its today 15th of march and I havent received anything they insist that its my responsability of tracking the package but i haven received anything and in the tracking numbers it didn't say anything either im just desperate at this point.

It was an old figure, but it arrived unopened and in good condition!

J'ai acheté une figurine coûteuse chez eux (Prix de la figurine + Livraison + taxe), qui a pris du retard de livraison du fait du Nouvel An Chinois.
Pas de soucis, c'était expliqué sur le site je prends mon mal en patience.

Je reçois la figurine (Et on me demande des droits de douane equivalent a 1/3 du prix de la figurine et non declaré lors de la vente) qui se trouve être endommagé et après contact avec le support qui me fait tourné en rond pendant plusieurs jours, jouant sur les mots en parlant de remboursement partiel en public et réduction sur leur site en e-mail, je me retrouve avec 1/16 du prix de la figurine remboursé (hors taxe, livraison et frais de douane).

Ça fait très cher et un poil abusif pour ce genre de site.

I ordered a GGG Series Mobile Suit Gundam 08th MS Team Aina Sahalim figure here, which was shipped from Japan. I got emails and tracking codes, everything went fine. Will order another Gundam girl here again some day!

I tried to buy and send it domestically to Japan, however, the system didn't allow for it.
Got in contact with their support and I got everything to work alright, although the system has this limit, you can actually request some flexibility.

They have an interesting system for 2nd hand items based on ranks, so it's possible to find some rare goods.

And buying many items in one go (what I usually do myself) also grants some extra discount.

Aucun avis réèle sur le net, des gens indécis etc, quelque mauvaise expérience trouvée mais je me suis lancer car s'étais le seule endroit ou je pouvais trouver Zoe Star Guardians de lol sans devoir vendre ma mère et un rein. Ma compagne, a pris 2 figurines pas trouvable en Belgique de Atsune Miku, ce qui nous a fait un beau colis de 200€ +-. Bien évidemment pays de sous race qu'est le nôtre (Belgique) ont a du payer 100€ de frais de douane. Mais au final le colis est arriver intact et excellemment bien emballer, un envoie rapide (sans compter les 10j bloquer à la douane). Je recommande, ils ont enormement de choix de qualiter et des pièces introuvable par chez nous. Après 4 ans "d'attente" j'ai ma petit zoé sous mes spotes !
