Very good online-shop. A big choice of toys,good prices and very fast delivery. I ordered to Norway and that comes earlier that planned . Also i was surprised because they put small gift additionally to my order with AOT toys😁

I was a bit hesitant to initially order from Jump Ichiban but they managed to positively surprise me with excellent customer care with their good quality and authentic products.

Of course the product was very well packaged and delivered. Due to some delays with international shipment (not because of Jump Ichiban), my order was delayed but the customer support team provided me with prompt updates and did their best to deliver the products as soon as possible. I was blown away by the attention and care. Highly recommended!!

Leider ist ein Paket nicht angekommen. Erstmal halb so wild. Doch obwohl Hermes und Fedex den Verlust bestätigen, seit Tagen keine Rückmeldung. Habe den Fall dann Paypal gemeldet. Jetzt wurden alle anderen Bestellungen auch storniert anstatt mir endlich zu helfen und mir meine Bestellung zu liefern. Absolut zuvorkommend dieser Support.

Genuinely good customer service, they responded and provided assistance where it was possible, and provided explanations for when it was not. The products arrived sealed and protected by bubble wrap.

Made a large order of figures from the UK, items were shipped via FedEx which took just over two weeks to arrive.

Updates were prompt and the items were exact as described, each item was packed carefully which made the unboxing experience even better!

The only snag is the delivery cost, but this is expected as it covers delivery & customs. I selected the option for package insurance just in case.

I always wanted to start a collection of figures from my favourite series Bleach. And I came across Jump-ichiban and found out that they have the collection I needed the most. At first I was not sure about it but I gave them a chance anyways. After 5 days I received the order which was super fast shipping compared to where I am from. The Figure I wanted was legit. They care about their products because my package came packed very securely with bubble wrappers and well sealed as well. With my order they send me a small gift which is related to the series as well and I thought it was nice gesture from them. Before I end this review I would like to mention about their amazing support team. I had an issue where my figure did not fit the support piece which would keep it standing. I wrote about this issue to Jump-ichiban and the responses was so quick from their side. I found out it was a common issue with figure and I mentioned it to them, but they still reached out to me saying they would like to solve this issue. And they offered me a code where I can use it for my future purchases. Everything about Jump-ichiban is excellent when it comes to product quality, pricing, well packed boxes, fast shipping and a amazing support team. I would recommend for anyone doubting on Jump-ichiban to buy from them and you will not regret it. I will be purchasing from them in the future as well.

Upon having an issue with something I ordered the support team quickly and swiftly reached out to assist me and offer what they were capable of doing given the circumstances. I failed to read the fine print and wasn’t able to receive a refund but they didn’t hesitate to offer support and offered me a decent discount for my next purchase and even threw in some free goodies for me. Quand on vend un produit, on s'assure d'avoir stock, surtout à l'approche de noel !!
Je me suis dit "bon, ce n'est pas grave, l'anniversaire de mon fils est en janvier, ce sera son cadeau". Sauf que, même là, ils n'ont pas pu respecter l'engagement.
Actuellement, aucun geste commercial ne m'a été proposé et je n'ai toujours aucune idée de quand je vais recevoir ma commande de plus de 200euros !!!
C'est la 1ere et ce sera la dernière fois que je commanderai sur ce site.

This was my first time purchasing plushies, and I was a little worried because plush faces can sometimes vary even with the same design. But every single one turned out super cute!
