I feel so stupid

I feel so stupid. I didn’t check this site out before I ordered. Sucker. I placed my order on July 24 and quickly received my order confirmation that stated my item had shipped. That was the last I ever heard from them. No shipping info, no carrier info, and no item. After reading these reviews I really dread wrestling with the company over getting my item or a refund. Hopefully you are smarter than me and check this sites reviews before you order anything from kermichejewelry.com. It’s a scam. : <

Non-existent customer service, pray you don’t have a problem

I needed to return an item and it seems to be no coincidence that this company has such a tight turnaround for returns and absolutely zero customer service. Nothing is acknowledged by the customer service team, via chat or email, despite advertising this is available to customers 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday. This is false advertising due to the fact that there is a non-existent customer service in place for this business. Any queries are completely ignored and more so in my case, returns requests are completely ignored to the point where it falls outside of their returns period, leaving you without any choice despite doing everything you are legally entitled to do as the consumer. It is disgraceful from what should be a reputable company. Having been a long term fan and customer of Anissa Kermiche, having such a poignant part of a business be unacceptably abysmal makes me reconsider purchasing again and I am shocked that this is the standard which appears to be consistently allowed considering its reputation. It now surprises me that all online presence seems wholly positive and empowering, or perhaps any negativity is just removed and ignored as is the apparent standard. I do not believe Anissa Kermiche deserves all of the praise and positivity shown online when they fail to run such a key part of the business correctly.

Her work is cliche (the ultimate insult). She views herself as an artist… Something tells me no one will know her 10 years from now. Her designs are a flash in the pan.

Es una pena que apuestes por productos…

Es una pena que apuestes por productos interesantes y luego tengas tan pésima atención al cliente. Qué está fallando? Cómo puede ser que por error duplique el pedido y al cabo de un minuto mande email para anular uno de ellos y te contesten al día siguiente que no pueden anularlo. Eso es atención al cliente? Lástima que la marca no apueste por una atención personalizada y digna de clientes interesados en sus productos.

Horrible horrible horrible shopping experience, products are low quality.

I wish brands like this didn't don't survive, terrible people running it and definitely not about making customers happy, this is just a vanity project.

Shameful.

Shameful...these guys treat their customers with utter contempt; promises are not honoured. Anyone buying online needs to be very wary.... if they ever do get around to delivering it is way too late and all the joy of giving evaporates... a very miserable experience and one I will never repeat with this woeful brand.

First Class Service

I was concerned at these reviews but the service I received was outstanding. Beautiful item delivered within two days of ordering. They have obviously improved hugely.

Woeful experience and dreadful customer support

Customer service is beyond atrocious. Despite paying for fast delivery, the item is yet to arrive around two weeks later with no sign of it arriving any time soon or any indication that it will arrive at all. Customer support has been entirely absent, responding to only one of a multitude of emails, and providing no help or guidance of any kind. Truly woeful customer support and a wholly dreadful experience - would recommend to anyone to spend your money elsewhere.

Anissa Kermiche necklace took 16 weeks to arrive, customer service so bad it almost felt deliberate

I ordered the Louisette Choker on 16th of Jan 2021 as a wedding anniversary gift for the 4th of Feb.

It finally arrived yesterday on the 6th of May 2021, almost 16 weeks later.

The 16-week (ish) wait for it to arrive is not the main reason for a negative review. Along the way I have been given 4 or 5 promisses of dates which have been missed. But the worst part has been that despite numerous requests, at no time did someone at Anissa Kermiche keep me informed or updated and I had to chase, sometimes a few times to get any information.

As there is no way of conacting by phone I was only able to chase by e-mail or through the contact form on the website.

The product itsef is great and the communication when it came was good. While I completely understand that Covid and Brexit are factors that will have caused difficulty, it would have taken little to no effort to inform me, expecially after the date it was due to arrive was missed, or missed again (4x) but instead I had to chase a response and an update on each occasion.

It felt like the lack of an update or slowed response were deliberate after a while and when i chased for an update I was just a nuissance.

At some point I escalated as wasn't getting a response and that seemed to help initially but again 2 more delivery dates were missed and no updates given.

Finally, I received notification that the item was ready to ship on the 29th of April and shipping confirmation the same day. 6 days later the item had still not arrived and when i went to track the order it stated that it hadn't actually been sent yet.

It was sent on the 5th or May, arrived on the 6th of May - almost 16 weeks after I ordered, 13 weeks after my anniversary.

Another note, the Brand Manager had offered a gift by way of apology which was going to be sent with the necklace and wasn't, next time don't offer.

To those at Anissa Kermiche, I am truly sorry to leave a bad review and I understand how challenging things are for everyone. Unfortunately there were things that were within your control and I felt they were very badly handled.
