Me and my friends bought a minecraft server from their website, we upgraded from IDR 49k package to IDR 169k package and we still get the same exact problem, the server gets shut down very often. I tried making a ticket in their discord server but it turns out that new members can’t even make a ticket.

Overall a very bad experience, will move to another host after this month’s period is expired. 2/10 would not recommend.

Host randomly shutdown causing data corruption on my minecraft world, and the discord said nothing about it or any warning about the occurrence, inconsistent internet speed and also server panel went offline often but it was never long, usually around 5 minutes of downtime. Customer Service was abysmal, went to CS (Customer Service) to consult about some problem i was facing, the reply time was long and the respond didnt help at all, no solution and they closed my ticket without solving my problem.

So today i bought 98k IDR Server minecraft for modpack and i want to instal the mod but i try for 6 hours i even DM the CS but he ignored me brow.. this is pure scam.. if someone read this plsss dont rent their server or u got purely scam from them

The website often has errors, the Minecraft server lags, and when I ask on Discord, they never answer.

I have rented a game server here twice, the first time was Project Zomboid, and today is ARK: SE, and both of them cost me, I spent approximately up to 400k idr just to see the server down and when I opened the ticket he replied with a very long time maybe about 6-12 hours, then he refreshed my server, my server was repeated from 0 and could not be restored, it was a very bad experience.

cuma mau komplain soal layanan hosting minecraft kalian. janjinya uptime 99% dan anti down, tapi kenyataannya server sering banget offline karena website hosting kalian juga mati. Ini nggak cuma sekali dua kali, tapi sering banget, dan ini jelas ganggu banget! gw bayar mahal-mahal buat layanan yang stabil, tapi malah dikasih masalah terus.

yang bikin makin kesal, setiap ada masalah gini kalian nggak pernah kasih penjelasan atau info apa pun. kek mana lah? kalian promosi besar-besaran soal layanan premium, tapi kenyataannya nggak sesuai sama janji kalian.

kalau terus begini, jujur ini udah kaya bentuk penipuan, karena misleading dan nggak transparan ke client. gw harap kalian kasih kejelasan dan solusi yang bener-bener jelas soal ini, dan jangan cuma janji doang! 🙏

pertama kali beli hosting 2 tahun yg lalu, kemarin2 beli lagi yang rada bagus karena lagi ada budgetnya ternyata sama aja, yang jadi masalah 2 taun kalian ngedown mulu kok bisa dah? gw kira penyakit anjas ini udh ilang

Don't trust this company. You will get scammed. I ordered a server, and on the first day, everything was fine, but the next day my instance became inaccessible. I tried contacting their support, but there was no one available to help.

Avoid this hosting company. I suggest opting for a more expensive provider that offers better reliability and support. It’s worth paying extra for a credible hosting service.

Udah order dari hari minggu sampai sekarang masih pending.. Bro kalau memang sudah ga niat jualan tutup saja jangan biarin orang beli trus dapetnya gini
lalu tidak ada customer service sama sekali 1/10 lah. jangan beli di anjas.id dulu guys

Kualitas servernya tidak ada masalah, namun sering sekali down untuk waktu yang cukup lama dan tidak ada transparansi kepada pengguna. Support dari customer service hampir tidak ada. Sangat tidak direkomendasikan untuk menggunakan host ini.
