Extremely poor after-sales service and unprofessional behavior

I purchased an Anker charger in October 2024 through DEXIMPO International Limited (invoice no: DILINV2024012981). Unfortunately, the product stopped working within the 18-month warranty period. When I claimed the warranty, the experience turned into a nightmare.

First, I was told the item was out of stock and was asked to pay an additional 1,000 BDT or more to get a different model. When I requested a fresh warranty for the new product (since I was paying extra), they refused. After much back and forth, they finally agreed to replace my original product.

It has now been almost a month, and there is no sign of the replacement. The sales representative has stopped responding to my messages and calls. When I reached out to another person, I was told they don’t provide any timeframe for warranty claims. This lack of accountability and professional ethics is unacceptable. I would highly advise everyone to think twice before relying on their after-sales service.

Warrenty SCAM

Gives 15 month warrenty when selling Anker 323 Charger. Which unfortunately got wasted after some month.
Recently I came to their office to replace the charger and they are saying they do not have the charger in their stock. WTF man, each and every shop in Bashundhara, Jamuna FP, Motaleb plaza have this charger in stock but you guys claim you are official distributor of Anker and dont have stock.
Forcing me either take higher pricy model by adding extra money or taking same value model with SHIT specs.

My suggestion is to not buy anything from this shit shop.
