After an order two days later they said the product is not available in stock. Wasted my time

Fraud platform. Purchased a product which I was supposed to get newt day, they delivered it after a week!
When I opened I found out it's not the same product I ordered! Told the delivery man, he said I have nothing to do. Contacted the customer support, they say why didn't I do a video while unboxing!!! Wtf

Asked for refund, now they are delaying the refund and giving me bogus answer.

I bought the smart watch qcy active gx, it's been almost 1 year my watch is still pretty new.
Im so happy that I got the authentic product from pickaboo.

So far my experience with pickaboo is not good. They are suppose to be the trusted online electronics shop in the country but what I got most of the time is old, broken, used, or such product which got damage within months (maybe duplicate product). Half of my products from them can't survive even 3 months. Very disappointed.

Ordered Iron rod for AC. Never delivered. Spoke with Tabassum customer service agent numerous time but never received the item. Bad customer experience.

Their delivery takes ages, and refund takes even longer. I recommend not using that platform.

I’ve been using Pickaboo for gadgets since 2020, and honestly, it’s been a pretty good experience. Even when deliveries get delayed, they try to make up for it and still make you feel like a priority.

My friend recently bought a kettle from Pickabor, and it turned out to be a complete disaster. After the very first use, the plastic parts melted, making it completely unsafe and unusable.

We contacted Pickabor immediately, expecting at least a return or replacement — but they refused to take it back or offer any solution. This is not only disappointing, it's deeply irresponsible. Selling unsafe products and then ignoring customer complaints is unacceptable.

This experience has completely destroyed our trust in the brand. I strongly caution others before buying from Pickabor. Poor quality and even worse customer support.

I placed an order for three earphones on 7th April and received confirmation that the order had been successfully processed. However, due to repeated complications and numerous phone conversations over an extended period, the order was cancelled and reprocessed multiple times. Each time, I was assured that the items would be shipped within two working days, but as of 17th April, I had not received any shipping confirmation.

When I contacted customer service on the morning of 17th April to request a cancellation, I was suddenly informed that the items could now be shipped that day. This pattern of repeated delays and inconsistent information, accompanied by a continuous stream of excuses, has been highly frustrating and unprofessional.

Furthermore, I find the shipping policy extremely unreasonable. Although all three earphones were part of a single order, I was charged a separate shipping fee for each item. This practice appears to unfairly burden the customer and suggests a deliberate attempt to exploit consumers under the guise of standard procedure.
