Appalling scam artist

Appalling. Little scam artist website with a scam artist owner. Ordered a few items and one was missing, it took forever. The items that were delivered were the worst quality clothes, with a price attached of 140taka from Bangladesh. Avoid. Don’t be fooled by the pictures

DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT

Ordered three dresses and only received one. Emailed three times. No eesponse. Even gave my order number. I feel like this company is such a huge scam, and terrible customer service. Even if qualities are bad for a company, but their service is good, I would always give them a second chance. But here? Terrible customer service with no response whatsoever. So definitely not giving a second chance. It’s been years now and still haven’t received anything. I stopped emailing them after a few months anyways. Sooo PLS DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT ORDERING FROM THIS LADY/BRAND

3 months to receive the wrong dresses

InshaAllah this finds you in the best of health and faith!

I am a bit confused, why would I be responsible for the return shipping when this was the company’s mistake?

Someone packed the wrong dresses. If I would like to return them, I should be able to without having to pay any shipping costs because I am not changing my mind. Literally someone from your company put two wrong dresses in the box. Mistakes happen, but this was on your end, not mine. Therefore, the Annah Hariri company is liable, the company has to pay for return shipping, not me.

This is what I paid for: [sent a screenshot for a total of 170.24]

What was sent to me is attached. As you can see I was sent the Bellflower Modest Dress instead of the Laura Modest Dress I ordered and paid for. I was also sent the Emerald Shirt Dress instead of the Influence Long Sleeve Printed Cotton Maxi Dress with Detachable Belt in Disty Green Floral Print that I ordered and paid for.

I want to return the incorrect dresses and receive the right ones. While we are at it, I want to return the whole order, please send me a return shipping label.

As an aside I have been wanting to order from the company for years and the way this is handled has made me very sad,

Ordered since on 6th April 2025 and Never arrived.

On April 8th 2025, I ordered for 3 dresses during the Ramadan Eid sale and I am yet to get it as at while I am typing this post in Trust pilot. Today is 2nd of November 2025. Extremely disappointing.

Extremely disappointing.. The items I received were nothing like what was advertised. The fabric is very low quality, the sizing is completely wrong, and their customer support was unprofessional and misleading. Definitely not a trustworthy company in my experience.

Scam!!

I ordered in June. I still haven't received anything. Worst is that they arent responding on email or phone. Apparently the emails are bouncing back. Since they are updating the website there is no way to reach them. They don't answer their phone or messages. Be aware they take money and don't deliver the items!

Its not my first order with Annah…

Its not my first order with Annah Hariri, and when they were based in Turkey, I received my order on time. Everything was great.
But this time, I placed an order on the 28th of December 2024. We are on September 2025, and I still didn't get anything.
I'm so disappointed. And on top of that, they took 200€ from me!!
Annah Hariri, I just want a refund. If you can't send my order, just give me my money back please!!!

Scam Alert: Annah Harari - Beware!


"I placed an order worth $270 with Annah Harari on May 18, 2025. Despite them sharing a tracking number, NO order was dispatched. To make matters worse, their website says it's 'under construction' and the emails are bounced back as well. This is a CLEAR SCAM. Do NOT trust Annah Harari with your money. They seem to be playing games with customers' trust and money. 1/10 - Would avoid like the plague."

Disgusted

Very disappointed. Order over £100 worth of dresses in May. It is now August and nothing. I went back and forth with someone who said the delay was due to Eid holidays, they will ship it out or give me a refund. At that point, it was already the end of June and I wanted a refund. I tried emailing the team with the email on the website but it bounced back.

Please do not order

Please do not order or do not do business with them. I placed the order in May 2025, they generated some DHL receipt but never shipped the order. When I reached out to them in June 2025 they gave me an option to cancel the order and they will refund the amount since they did not ship the dresses I ordered. I immediately opted to cancel and get refund. It is Aug 2025 and yet I have not received my money back.

Very bad experience with them

Very bad experience with them. I didn't received the order yet, I ordered it on June 23 they charged me 84$ usd it suppose to come within3-11 days !!!! im trying to contact them via WhatsApp and email no respond. This is my first and last order with them.

Placed an order in January for 5 dresses.
Haven’t received anything. The order seemed to have had booked for DHP pick up from Egypt in February but has never been picked up or received. Contacted them several times to no luck and even no reply. My order number is 177154. If possible try to refrain from ordering from this scam company.
