Très Mauvaise expérience avec eux pour le retour et le support. Je ne recommande pas ce site et je ne vais jamais passer une commande chez eux je désinstalle l’application

Spent a few 100s in total. I couldve bought the equivalent from a trusted highstreet brand, better quality for half the price. Thats why i deleted the app.

I ordered an outfit for my daughter on 18th March and received it by the 20th of March I was impressed with the quick delivery.The outfit was exactly how it looked in the picture and it’s good quality.

Extremely disappointed with Modanisa. My dresses arrived smelling strongly of smoke. I’ve emailed many times and also send the pictures of the dresses, their only response was “we’ll look into it.” No solution, no refund, nothing. I just want my money back for items that are unwearable. I don’t recommend for anyone to shop from Modanisa, based on this experience.

Op 21 februari heb ik een bestelling geplaatst op deze website maar helaas nogsteeds geen pakketje ontvangen ik heb geen bevestigings mail gekregen wat mij al tot een conclusie bracht van dat het misschien niet zo komen vervolgens heb ik een een week geleden 2 berichten verstuurd om te vragen waar mijn pakketje blijft ik vind dit schandalig en zou of mijn geld terug willen of mijn pakketje ik hoor hier graag nog veder over anders neem ik verdere stappen die niet fijn zullen zijn voor het bedrijf

Stay away from all their products. Low quality with high priced items. I don't want to sound like I'm exaggerating, but the scarves I bought are garbage. They priced the scarves about $25 for literally a cheap cotton bag. Returning the items itself is pricey. I believe they make it pricey to discourage you from returning them. Do not order from them. This is the last and final time I will order from this rip off company.

You have not delivered, yet you say you have, this company are the lowest of the low. Thieves have a so-called code of honour; this company is full of thieves with no honour. In my case, the card company I used asked them to prove delivery; they "proved " they sent it. And that was a bit sketchy. Do not use them, they never reply to e-mails, and they have never replied to letters that were sent special delivery to their office in the Netherlands. I even spoke to the chamber of commerce over there; they hate them. The CEO is Lithuanian, and the board is all Eastern European. You have no chance of getting money back. Would you believe that the email they give is a non-working one? No surprise. I will repeat yet again, do not go near them. I have spoken at length with a certain tax office, and I sit and wait for the result, which I am assured will come. By the way, Mondesi, the tax office in question is not the UK one—happy landings. You are the lowest, and what makes it worse is that you know it but do not give a fig. I beg everyone not use them.

I ordered from Norway. I have received wrong 3 scarves which I did not order. I tried to contact them by email, Chat and WhatsApp. I have spent total 107 euro for my order, But have not received any answer. This is very disappointing. Whill not order from modanisa anymore.

Versand dauert lange. Retoure kostet 20€. Die spinnen komplett. Ware sieht nie aus wie in den bildern weil sie entweder KI benutzen oder faceapp. Qualität einfach schrecklich

Bonjour ma femme a commandé chez modenisa et soit disant il a été livré contre signature mais on a rien reçu chez nous. J’ai des caméras et j’ai vu aucun livreur le 8/01/2026. Vous travaillez avec des livreur qui ne font pas leur travail donc des voleurs et menteurs. Je vais que vous régler le problème sinon je porte plainte.

I make a return from sweden back to turkey , it cost like 40 euro and i send it to the exact address but they refuse to receive it and send it back to sweden and i have to pay the same amount of money to send it back and of course they never answer my emails

Ik had een jurk besteld en die was te groot vervolgens wil ik hem terugsturen en heb ik retouraanvraag gedaan.
Maar helaas krijg ik geen retour sticker van hun zodat ik de jurk terug kan sturen.
Ik heb hun zo vaak gebeld en gemaild en nog steeds geen retour sticker gestuurd.
Elke keer hetzelfde antwoord.
Mensen moeten niets meer bij Modanisa iets bestellen.
Het is zonde van hun geld.
Ik heb spijt gekregen.

Reine Katastrophe was bestellungen angeht. Man bestellt was, dann kommt was anderes und dann muss man auch noch mehr bezahlen. Der Kundendienst ist miserabel eine reine Katastrophe .
Ich habe mit dem Kundendienstüber WhatsApp geschrieben und Emails geschrieben, aber man hat diesen Fall noch nicht beendet die kriegen das einfach nicht hin. Schade dass man wegen Paar Euros , die Kunden verlieren möchte .

Les articles commandés ne sont pas du tout identiques aux photos sur le site. La qualité est médiocre. Le service après vente est catastrophique. Même lorsqu'il est indiqué qu'il est possible de retourner l'article, l'étiquette retour n'existe pas. À fuir

Ma commande a été livrée à la pharmacie de mon quartier. Le service client de Modanisa est injoignable.
Sinon articles de bonne qualité, reçus rapidement et conformes à la description.

Ich habe einen falschen Schal erhalten. Zuerst wurde mir vom Kundenservice ein Gutschein im Wert von 19 € angeboten und zugesagt. Dieser Gutschein wurde mir jedoch trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage nie zugesendet.
Nach weiteren Kontaktversuchen habe ich schließlich eine Rückerstattung über die ursprünglich verwendete Zahlungsart verlangt. Auch diese wurde mir bestätigt – bis heute ist jedoch kein Geld eingegangen.
Mehrere Wochen Wartezeit, widersprüchliche Aussagen und am Ende weder Gutschein noch Rückerstattung. Sehr enttäuschender Kundenservice.
