The dress I received was huge - it dragged on the floor. They ask that I send a picture which I did. Ha! Waste of time - no refund but for $14.00 they will send another dress. As you kidding me?? This is a scam company with horrible products and no customer service.

I bought a dress from this store and it was too small even though I followed their sizing chart. I asked to send the dress back for a refund. They said no and they'll ship a larger size when it comes. Nothing has arrived and I am out my payment. Avoid this business.

Purchased 3 items, 2 had issues- one had a spot and the other was very poor quality and fit. I purchased for the first time mainly because they had a 100% guarantee satisfaction return policy. They DO NOT. Wanted more pics of the items, picture of it on and the fit. and picture of the label then they would let me know of the next steps. DO NOT buy from them.

I placed my order and immediately got a nice email stating they have had staff out sick, they are sorry for the delay. I really appreciated that. A week later, more of the same story, people still sick, I'm sympathetic. Knowing what i know now, that is just a delay to take me beyound their 14 day refund policy for non delivery. I got the item and it's nothing like it's described and it's ill fitting. I let them know I would like to return. Their return policy states return within 30 days They offer 100% money back guarantee. But... not really. The items come from China, something not mentioned on their site. The customers are responsible for sending it BACK to China at our own expense which cost more than the item. They then offer a 30% credit back to your card and since they have you over a barrel that will be your best option. That and reporting them as scammers. Even the photo's of the sweet ladies ont he cover are not real. Also they have no Boston address, state they have been in business 28 years but just filed in 2025 for a business license in the USA. PLEASE do not purchase from them you will regret. Read all reviews, none of them are good.

This company is a scam. They sell dresses "printed" on plain white fabric while showing very different dresses (aka real plaid fabric) on their website. They refuse to refund fraudulent product unless I pay for return shipping which of course makes no sense. I ended up having to dispute the charge on my credit card.

I want to report a suspicious online store called Annie’s Boutique Boston. I saw advertisements for this store online (social media/online ads) promoting clothing at very large discounts and claiming to be a Boston boutique that has been in business for many years.
Unfortunately, I ordered four items from this website. Only two items arrived in one package, and the items had no tags on them. They were completely different from what was pictured on the website, and the quality was extremely poor.
I never received the other two items that were supposedly shipped in a separate package. When I contacted the company, they claimed that the items had already been delivered. At their request, I sent them pictures of the items I received compared to what I actually ordered.
I asked for a refund, but they said I was not entitled to one because the items were listed as “final sale.” The items also appear to have been shipped from China, which was not clear when ordering. I believed I was purchasing clothing from a boutique located in Boston.
I am writing this report in the hopes that others do not make the same mistake that I did.

Annie's Boutique BostonIis a company from China, not from Boston like they make you believe. The e order 2 dresses $62.96 each, total $125.92. When i received them the material was very cheap and didn't feat right. I let them know I want a refund and they said was a final sale. When I ordered never said was a final sale. The only way you can contact them is through email. They don't want to refund my money. The picture ot the clothes on line is nothing like you receiving. Do not order anything from that company, is scam.
