Buyer Beware! Sent in a pan under Analon warranty…
Sent in a pan under Analon warranty program. The pan in question was never put in the dishwasher as we do not have a dishwasher. The pan was never subjected to water while empty and hot. The pan was never subjected to heat that would damage the pan. Only rubber or wooden spatula ever encountered the pan. As I said the warranty was denied without any reason given. The phone number provided to speak with a customer relations Analon rep 800-888-388 is unattended. Buyer Beware! Received a reply from Analon suggesting I should call and they would maybe review my issue. The only problem is the number they supplied is blocked. That number was 01514820882 like I said buyer beware

I love Anolon products I got a few pans…
I love Anolon products I got a few pans and pots and I just about one more a little one pan.
All are easy to clean (only by hand) nothing sticks or burns, an omelette without oil in the pan is fantastic...
I highly recommend Anolon

Was ordered on the 12 January now the 25 January and have still not received my order. Sent e-mail to Avolon and Evri with no reply.
Sorry to say I don't think this is good enough as they certainly are not cheap.

Stainless steel frying pan purchase 20yrs ago
I bought an stainless steel frying pan around 20 years ago, it’s one of the best pans I’ve still got. After years of cooking it’s absolutely non stick and so easy to clean. I’ve just purchased a 20cm skillet and have no worries regarding it’s ability to satisfy.

LIFETIME WARRANTY TILL YOU HAVE PROBLEM
I bought " Anolon 28cm Casserole with Glass Lid – Loved by Star Chefs – Lifetime
Warranty"
Spouse to be lifetime warranty with casserole pan but Anolon not honoured they warranty. They asking some picture of pan and after that sorry you used metal utensil and we cant cover warranty.
We never ever used metal utensil for any of our pan. basically we don't have such a tools. All is Wood, plastic and silicon. But they called us LIAR and close the case for non cover warranty.
I send them to court for it let see what judge think about that.
Never ever buy anything from Anolon. You have a full warranty until have some problem. After that its %100 your fault and warranty not cover anything.
EDIT : sharp utensils are not covered under the guarantee.
"Its your theory and both know it its lie to cover your dity clothes" to use sharp utensils must be have it at home first."

Poor quality and poor service.
I bought a set of Analon stacking pans and 2 of them have chips in the coating. I have e-mailed Meyer to report the chips but the company has yet to reply. I expect better quality of both product and service.

No fuss service and excellent products. I've replaced my 25 year old Anolon pans with a new set, I looked at a lot of other manufacturers but eventually decided to stay with Anolon.
