Recently, one agent mis-pronounced my name, though, which was a shock. Staff-training needs to be tightened?
But overall, I'm giving 5 stars for a mostly-excellent service.

We have used Answer.co.uk for over 5-years now without issue of any kind. They are consistent and reliable and simply deliver what they promise to do.
I'm a newbie to using these type of call answering systems, but on the 2 occasions we have used answer.com they have been fantastic.
I had to contact their customer service last week and they responded to my questions within 15 mins of me sending it over to them and explained what I needed to do simply and clearly.
They provide a great service, that saves me lot of stress.
I cannot praise this company enough—excellent service, reasonable pricing, and exceptionally well managed.
Never had a problem with them, they screen all my work calls and it's great to have a business number that's separate from my mobile number. Whenever I call them they are always polite and helpful so I know they are giving a good impression of my business. Would recommend.
Illegally and unethically charges VAT to overseas customers and never remits it HM Customs. Overseas customers are exempt from VAT, but these guys charge it anyway!

Really good. You immediately get an email and text msg when someone phones you. There is no monthly contract. You just deposit some money in and you will be charged every time some calls your number. You can block certain numbers from calling you if you wish. Very good value for money.
We have used Answer for a number of years and they have been very good. It's pretty seamless and easy to use - and provides a cost-effective solution for our business.

Great service! the calls are answered professionally and the answering team are clued up on the business so really feel like part of your team.
We switched from a higher end system to Answer.co.uk because of the excellent reviews we had seen and the ease of use setting up and receiving messages. The team who take the messages are helpful and diligent which makes sure we get the information we need to process the calls. The service also nicely suits the volume of calls we received. Lastly the PAYG option is really useful when starting out.
