I moved my business to Answer.co.uk from another company because the other company where not answering my calls, I have call recording and have replayed several of there calls and what they say, Answer.co.uk are professional and answer the phone on average within 3 rings, I Can't fault them, Thanks and keep up the good work.
I've used Answer.co.uk for nearly 8yrs to act as a virtual answering service for our consultancy and its brilliant!
Anwer.co.uk provides a simple to use, professionally run service. Initial set-up is easy and settings can be changed at any time. The charges are very reasonable and enables us to have a customer service number without the expense of staff salaries, offices costs etc.

Superb, never fails to answer and always completely professional. Can't think of why any business wouldn't use them. Voicemail doesn't work and for this price, why not capture the business lead and make the most of it.
