Our little girl lost her tablet at Antalya airport. It was found but I still had to go pick it up and for me it is impossible with two children. Yeap if u are reading this u are looking at the correct courier. Don't look further. I contacted 3-4 different couriers the best response I got from them was to just hang up on me. Till I found Fatih, who provided help immediately and guide me through the steps we need to do in order to get my lost backpack back . I had it back in a week I think which saved me from a big flight back to Instabul cause I had important documents there.

i lost my expensive tablet on a flight in Istanbul and the tablet was held then in the L&F office in the airport, the only way to get it was through a courier service like this one. from the first contact with Fatih, everything was smooth and he explained the process clearly and was updating me with pictures and videos about my tablet whereabouts every step on the way. we had a little delay casued by the logistics company and Fatih was even contacting them daily in order to solve the issue. very honest and service oriented! i really cannot say anything bad! amazing, honest, fast, trustworthy and very communicative!
