Although my experience in the past year was great, this time has been a nightmare!

I placed my order on 9th Aug and selected the UPS express shipment only to see that its been sent with regular post. It is now 21st Aug and I still don't have the product. It was supposed to be delivered from Denmark to Romania and I have specifically requested UPS shipment because I know that Romanian regular post is crap. My parcels have been stuck with them for months! With UPS I should have received it in 2 days tops.

I've sent several e-mails to Antinol.eu asking for a shipment update and an explanation why UPS was not used (but paid for!). I have also submitted a couple of inquiries via their website contact form. To this date, I have not received a response. And that phone number listed on the website can't be reached from abroad!

But quite frankly, I don't care about the money or what happened. I JUST NEED THE PRODUCT! This is the only treatment that alleviates my dogs pain. She's been taking these pills for 4 years as this is the only thing that works for her. So I really don't care about anything else except getting the product she desperately needs ASAP.

A MUST for agility dogs to get them ready for competition!

It actually works!! My little dog did stop taking the green lipped mussel powder, he just wouldn't touch his food any more with the powder on it.
With Antinol it is no problem at all. He seems to like the capsules very much. Its part of his daily treat now!

My dog is so much better with these. His arthritis isn't as bad.

I received the two boxes of antinol together but one doesn't have the batch details on the box. Luckily inside the use by date is mentioned on the strips so from there I know at least that information.
Other than that, I can say I checked the pills kinesiologically (as standard procedure) to see if it suits my puppy and it tested very strong so it should do her good in her growth.
I mix it with her home made raw food and she eats it easily, so no problem there either.
So I am happy with the content but only 3 stars because of the missing information on the package, which I consider very important.
