This. is the first time we have bought Antler luggage, and we're extremely pleased. The suitcases are LIGHTER than any other luggage, and easy to move around with the heavy duty wheels.

The shipping was fast. I haven't had a chance to use it yet.

After buying a carry-on and medium check-in size luggage, I liked what I got so I added to the collection. Only time will tell when it comes to quality but so far everything, including the details, are looking good. Especially when compared to other brands I looked at before making my decision.

No problems with the Antler products we have - the medium luggage and covers. The pieces are attractive and functional. We use the covers to protect the luggage and they look good, fit well and do a good job of protection.

When a handle broke on one of my Antler suitcases, I had to pay for part of a replacement suitcase that should have come under the lifetime warranty. The exact same faulty handle broke on another Anter suitcase from the same set. Antler did not stand by their lifetime warranty at all, and wants me to pay full price for a replacement. Very poor customer service.

I was able to get my questions and concerns resolved within 2 weeks of my first contact with the company.

Love it So light

I absolutely love the weight of the single stripe carry on, the internal compartments are also great. 3 stars because the exterior scratches so easily for a bag that costs more than most. Yes, I know I can wipe it down but scratches remain. Yes, I know it gives it character but is it not possible for Antler to coat the exterior with something that prevents the damage to the plastic? I guess I'll have to do it myself for now but it would be awesome for such an incredible product to look less like a 5 year old bag after just one use.

For such a nice backpack, the shoulder (padding, or lack of) support is very poor. As expensive as this backpack is, I would expect better.

It is a nice backpack, I appreciate the storage, zippers, and overall aesthetic.

But due to the straps, I would not purchase another one.

This rating is based on my initial look and feel. I’ll know better when I travel.
