I think they have stopped trading. Didnt respond to 3 quote submissions nor respond to my follow up email asking them to quote. When you try to leave via review via their trust pilot link it oddly goes to an archiving service.
Message to Trustpilot!!!! This site needs looking at! Reflects badly on Trustpilot when clearly all the Trustpilot review info is a load of nonsense!!!!
Why are they allowed to use a web archive of the time they were good on Trustpilot when they have obviously gone bust as 3 times over months I have sent them details and absolutely no response at all, they don’t reply to anything.
Can Trustpilot get them to stop using an old web archive to stop people visiting their page?
I filled out the form, but when I clicked “Get my quote,” it said to wait for the main photo to finish uploading. I waited with no result, tried reloading the page several times, but it still didn’t send. I even emailed customer service before 8 days, but they haven’t replied yet.
Really bad service.
Don’t waste your time, did not reply to my emails or even send a valuation. Wasted my time.
The site says you will be contacted in 24hrs but I’m a week in and now and still no response. Very poor service.
Don't bother trying to sell your bike to this place they offer a quote and don't bother to contact you after. Over 2 weeks ago I got a quote which I accepted and was advised someone would be in contact shortly, after a week of jo contact I emailed the admin email address and was ignored. After a few more days I sent a message to the number provided on this site and was advised I would be contacted the following tuesday. The tuesday came and no contact I gave a few more days and still no contact. I sent another message on Monday to which I have recieved no response. Company has wasted over 2 weeks of my time where I could of sold the bike elsewhere. Very unprofessional and appalling service.
Perfect job. Nice and quick no messing around. Paid what was quoted. Thanks 👌
Exsellent service. Used the website which is real easy. Paid what I wanted on collection
Surprisingly easy way to get rid of my bike, well hapy and got more than I actually wanted
Super easy to deal with and collected within 24hrs
Dropped my second-hand electric bike off at Exexer.
Paid in cash within 5 mins fantastic service.
