Plenty of communication from the driver regarding pick up times.
Once he arrived, he was courteous, knowledgeable and explained the process in detail.
I elected to take instant payment, which cost £30, but the money was in my account immediately.
I would have got more selling privately, but it took away all the time wasters and scammers, so was worth it for that.

Once I decided to go ahead and sell my bike to them, the whole process went like a dream. I was able to choose the appointment day and Nick, their collection guy, turned up on time. He is a biker himself and while being very thorough in examining my bike he was also very fair. I agreed the deal with him, the money went into my account in less than a minute after we shook hands and he transferred the V5 there and then. Honestly this was so easy, without any risks to me and I got a very fair payment for my bike. I recommend Webuyanybike.

The overall experience was good. I would have liked a slightly better price but ultimately have to accept that WBAB are taking the hassle away and that's a surcharge. Engagement, pickup and payment all very efficient. Particular shout out for Tony who picked up the bike and who was a pleasure to deal with.
