Well I did send for a hairdresser key ring a few weeks ago, I couldn’t find how to get in touch with you until it just came up on Facebook again, when the key ring came it wasn’t in a box and the chain was in bits it cost me £16 99. I am very disappointed and upset. Please can you let me know if you will send me another one or how I can send it back.

MINATURES CALENDER

As described, received within a good timeframe, well packaged and no problems. A little disappointed in the actual calendars; think they are overpriced for what you get; good quality but pictures not as inspiring as expected - but just a personal response.

I ordered 2 calendars for 2027 for my daughter & me,both cat lovers. The only criticism I had was that they took quite a long time to arrive,with little information on arrival date. The calendars are lovely & we are both very pleased with them.

I ordered a Nativity Advent calendar…
I ordered a Nativity Advent calendar for my grandchildren. The photograph on their website showed good quality 3D figures in what looked like a sturdy presentation box. The actual product is no where like this. It is cheap and shoddy with 2 dimensional thin plastic figures in a flimsy box and there were 4 figures missing. I was offered a £4.00 refund for something I paid £14.99 for. This company is deceitful, advertising products on their website that bear no resemblance to what the customer actually receives. Do not buy from them. They will happily take your money and then refuse to give a fair refund. Disgraceful.

These were advertised as 24 3-D cat decorations and they most certainly are not. They are flat decorations, nothing 3-D about them. Really disappointed with this purchase It's not what your advert promises.

The pictures made the advent calendar appear much larger and more substantial, so I was quite surprised when it arrived. Unfortunately, I don’t feel the product was accurately represented in the listing.
