Amazing tool and easy to use
Amazing tool and easy to use. I've had a set of Global chef knives for years and thought about getting a new set because of how blunt they was becoming, but I saw any sharp on face book and thought I'd give it a try. Well let me tell you now if you have blunt knives buy this easy to use tool, it's a no brainier.

I bought the any sharp thinking it…
I bought the any sharp thinking it would be amazing.
Don't get me wrong it does sharpen the knives but I think it is too brutal in that with hardly any pressure when pulling a knife through to sharpen it it was taking small chunks of metal off leaving gouges in the knife. The knives are my wife's who is a chef and they are Viners so not cheap rubbish

Poor. Certainly sharpens but chews up the blade so will not be using other than on pen knives and hand axes. And yes I am following the instructions carefully (before you ask)! Other reviews are clearly positive so perhaps a poor experience is rare enough, but these are not for me.

My new favourite kitchen tool
I recently suffered a stroke and have limited function in my left hand, so unable to use traditional knife sharpeners. Saw this on Instagram and purchased it. It’s very easy to use and sharpen my knives amazingly well. Fantastic product.
