Outstanding level of service

Julia and her team assisted me in obtaining a business visa, whilst navigating several personal constraints and tight deadlines. They kept me up to date and the service was exceptional. The whole process was seamless thanks to their efforts. I would highly recommend.

Outstanding experience

Outstanding experience - very professional - I can't praise them enough. AnyVisa had exceptional communication and they "under promised and over delivered." My passport was at a Country Consulate that does not have a lot of tourism.
When I inquired if they could help me, they did not automatically say yes or no. They explained that while they had a lot if experience with other countries, they had not worked with the Consulate where my passport was at and would look into it for me. I greatly appreciated their honesty, and the explanation. As it turned out, they were able to help me with the Consulate and were fantastic. On Friday, they told me that they would try to pick up my passport on Monday. Instead, they picked it up on Friday and my passport was in my hands by Tuesday. After working with them, I am a customer for life.

Steep cancellation fees

Edit: Upping the score, changing the title and commenting that it is regular practice when application is postponed for Anyvisa to resubmit the application at no extra cost. This changes the outcome entirely and it makes sense for Anyvisa to resubmit rather than reimburse. As a customer I'm now fully satisfied. Especially considering that they care about the quality of their service.

Original Review: Very nice people however caution: their service and their charges begin as soon as you ask them whether they can get you an appointment. Even if the appointment is not convenient you will have to pay a cancellation fee of GBP 80!, which is over 40% of the total service charge (roughly GBP 190). Seems a bit steep. Also, I got charged the full amount even though the embassy refused to grant me a visa (reason was: I submitted 7 months before my travel and embassy asked me to resubmit closer to the time of travel). No reimbursement have been forthcoming despite not having received my visa. Next time I think I might choose another visa third party service provider.

Fantastic

Fantastic. Really clear instructions from Olga right from the beginning. I expected the Visa to be processed within 7 days or so, but it was done in just over a day! Highly recommended.

5 Star Service

Having recently needed a visa for Saudi Arabia I was lucky enough to use the services of AnyVisa. I would certainly use them again as they were so helpful and and able to answer all my questions (and there were many!). The visa was obtained just as they promised and securely returned to me in my passport. Thanks in particular to Marat, who guided me through the process.

Simply amazing!

After difficult past experiences with other visa agents, meeting Mr. Archegov has been like a breath of fresh air.
From the initial questions until the last moment of obtaining the visa - everything happened with the same pace, consistent and professional.
Especially in the face of road-blocks where his ability for creative problem solving has helped alleviate my worries and ultimately (and most important) brought the visa application process to a successful conclusion.
Cannot recommend enough!

I had a great experience with AnyVisa

I had a great experience with AnyVisa. I needed to apply for french travel visa. I had a high professional consultant, she explained me everything by the phone and also sent the email with all the instructions and list of documents which I had to provide. Very professional, helpful and trust worthy service. I’d highly recommend.
