Happy Customer.
Bought a CP t shirt but was smaller than I thought. Maybe too many mince pies, sent it back and ordered a larger size which was perfect. Easy returns policy and refunded within a couple of days and the new top sent out within a couple of days of placing the order. Easy web site to use and will be using them again. Thanks. 👍🏻

Very poor customer service
Ordered a Barbour shirt for my husband for Christmas. He didn’t like the product i had chosen so paid for the return for a refund. I have received an email saying they won’t give me my refund as they believe it smelt of washing powder, they they believed the short had been washed and also the tags had been removed. This is a complete lie. My husband tried the shirt on, but as he didn’t like it the shirt was packed up and sent back on 27th December. They have said they will send the shirt back into me. Very very poor customer service. How desperate for a sale. Would never use this shop again.

Hi Anna,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review with us today.
We received your return of the Barbour Edderton Check Shirt.
After inspecting the item, we are unable to accept the return. The Shirt has had the tags removed and there is a strong smell of washing powder present, leading us to believe the item has been worn and washed before being returned.
As stated in our returns policy:
All items must be unworn, unwashed, and complete with all tags attached, labels, and or packaging where applicable.
No evidence of fragrance or deodorant marks.
This item has been dispatched back to the address that was placed on your order as it is not in line with our returns policy.
Kind regards-Aphrodite Clothing
