Honestly love this brand!!!! So much to choose from and something for everyone! Great for plus size, true to size, and material is amazing and so comfy!! Highly recommend, shipping is great as well, can't wait to get more and more!!!!!!

I have been a ratchet customer for some time, can't fault them at all. Quick dispatch, quick responses to questions, clothes are amazing and comfy. 🧡🧡🧡🧡

I was interested in purchasing clothing from Ratchet Clothing after seeing an influencer recommend the brand as size-inclusive and saying it caters to everybody.

However, when I looked at the sizing, I noticed that the standard range started at a size S, which is a UK 10. I commented to ask whether the collection would be available in sizes smaller than a 10 and was told that XS sizes 6–8 could be accommodated.

When a subsequent post advertised the collection as sizes S to 5XL without mentioning XS, I asked for clarification. The response was that customers could order and then email the company to have their order amended to accommodate a size 6–8.

My issue isn't simply that the advertised size range starts at a 10. It's that smaller sizes apparently require an additional step rather than being clearly advertised and selectable when ordering. I don't believe customers should have to place an order and then contact a company separately to obtain a size it says it can accommodate.

I explained that other brands, such as Jambats, make inclusive sizing straightforward, and that this was the kind of approach I'd like to see from Ratchet Clothing.

Unfortunately, I subsequently discovered that the brand had blocked me on Instagram without responding to my last comment.

I appreciate that no brand can cater to absolutely everyone, but if a company promotes itself as size-inclusive, I believe its sizing should be clearly communicated and accessible through a straightforward ordering process. Inclusivity should be about more than being willing to make an exception when someone asks.

I had hoped my feedback might encourage the brand to consider how it could improve. Instead, the experience has left me disappointed and unlikely to purchase from them.

Reposting here as the owner removed my post from Facebook - however I feel this is important with the amount of people sinking their wallets into this company.

Anyone else really disappointed with the quality? Had mine since the first drop, washed it once, followed instructions and it bobbled instantly, the giant zip has started to rip out the stitching on the chest and the stitching on the pockets have started to fray and come out.

Really disappointed I fell for the hype - looked on trust pilot and I couldnt even imagine emailing them after seeing the owner telling people to eat s**t - considering this brand stand for neurodivergent inclusivity, do you really want to support someone treating people this way?
Rather than being a brand who stands on buisness it seems Dhillan will use any key words he can to hook in vulnerable customers.

Really expected much more for this "high quality, ethical" brand. Claiming to be handmade in the UK is also wild considering the packaging it comes in says differently.

Just be weary before spending all your dolla guys

I'll start by saying if you're going to support any small business, choose this one. The absolute love and passion that goes into their designs is everything. And the customer support? 10/10
I had a time sensitive size issue with my order and they were perfect with the help I received! In fact so lovely that it made me go back today and spend another £140 🙊 They are nothing short of inspirational and the products are stunning! I wish you and the team nothing but wins♥️♥️

Honestly great company for those who dont “fit” (physically or mentally) into fashion the norm fashion styles this brand is perfect for those who are a little bit crazy and very fun. The clothing is super comfy and very wearable amazing size range too. Definitely check them out!!!

The dress looks nothing like the photo, it was supposed to be a swirl tie dye but it’s just blotchy. Also has a green tint to it instead of black. The shipping took a lot longer than estimated too. Very disappointed for the price.

I was really disappointed with my experience with Ratchet Clothing, particularly my interaction with the owner Dhillan. I found his communication rude and lacking in empathy when I was trying to resolve an issue with my return. The returns process was already unnecessarily difficult, and the way my concerns were handled made the whole experience even more frustrating.

Unfortunately, the quality of the clothing was also disappointing and not what I expected for the price. Overall, I left feeling very let down by both the product and the customer service.

I have ordered from Ratchet on several occasions and always found them to be prompt and good quality. I love that they are a safe and inclusive company who really care about their customers. I love the items I have bought from them, and they are good quality and well priced.
I would recommend buying from them :)

My partner ordered a product and also pre ordered a hoodie. Upon receiving her first order she was shocked to see she received an unfinished garment of shocking quality. She then decided to cancel her pre order after loosing faith in the company (quite rightly so) she then received an email back from Dhillan saying she should “stop supporting small businesses” as she’s “putting them out and that’s not fair” maybe if you could send our finished garments of food quality people would actually want to support your awful business… tries to resolve via Facebook chat but they’ve just ignored it for an “inclusive safe space” company they couldn’t be any worse. Avoid at all costs

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong item, but the customer service reps were so kinda, patient and understanding that they assisted me throughout the whole process of sending it back and receiving the product I meant to get. The process took a while, not due to their fault but purely from the shipping services, but they remained friendly and patient throughout. Will definitely be ordering from this lovely company again! 😃

I absolutely love Ratchet. The designs are unique and gorgeous. The quality is exceptional. My favourite part about Ratchet though is 100% the staff and company vibes. They stand up for equality, they are hilarious, honest and 'normal' people. That's the people we want to support in business! We love you Dhillon and team ❤️ Ratchet for life!

I have ordered from Ratchet a number of times and have been thrilled with every purchase. The clothes are such good quality and I love the variety of tie dye options. The best part for me is that the company care about important causes and support mental health awareness as well as being awesome people all around.

Another amazing order from ratchet as a plus size women love that they do bigger sizes and quality always amazing ordered 3 Ts 2 hoodies and 1 sweatshirt from there mental health range only problem is my adult daughter who is the same size as me also likes them and has a key to my house so expecting them to go missing at some point 😂 Thankyou ratchet for another amazing order x

Ordered on 3 lucky dip bags on Sunday the 3rd of May,and they have arrived today on the 7th.Very impressed with the swift delivery,also considering Monday was a bank holiday. Now to the 3 items,I am super impressed.Great quality and all designs I will wear. 3 t-shirts which is brill because I have an addiction to collecting t-shirts. One of the 3 was also one was I was going to order a while ago but forgot to,so bonus there! Will 100% be ordering again

I have conflicting opinions on this brand (hence the 3*/middle field rating). I massively appreciate what they stand for regarding neurodivergency/mental health and size inclusivity as someone who is autistic and plus size. It is very comforting to see from a brand which is what made me look at their site, along with an advert promoting their 'ethically made' Mario Galaxy line (M Galaxy line on their website). I ordered one of the Yoshi shirts from this collection, and they were super quick to ship out. They used DPD so it arrived super quick too. It fits perfectly, and is very plus size/autism friendly, the material is lovely. However, I learned not too long after its arrival that the images on the M Galaxy line are made with A.I., which is not something I wish to associate with, and something I wish I had known prior to buying as I would rather not support the use of something that is the opposite of 'ethical', which is a word used to describe these shirts in an advert of theirs. This doesn't take away my appreciation for what this business stands for, however it makes me not want to return to this brand if there is going to be a continued use of it as it's use by companies/brands is already a killer of many small businesses/artists.

Couldn’t wish for better customer service. Ordered in December for my nephew, and two things didn’t fit and he didn’t like one… had a new born and didn’t send back until March, they exchanged for items of his choice and I only had to pay postage! Absolutely amazing! Will continue to order from this company. Appreciate the kindness and care they always give when ordering! Love love love

I ordered the Scream hoody in the limited release. After waiting over a month for it, it arrived and honestly what a rip off. There's weird pink stitching on the back of it which stands out, the thumb holes are in a bizarre position on the top of the sleeves so are unusable and it is absolutely huge. For the price I paid, the quality is awful. Will not be supporting this business again, seem to be money grabbing and more interested in releasing more and more new fast fashion items instead of focusing on the quality of their products.

I emailed and got no response. Also, if you make all products in the UK why was the hoody delayed because of the war? It literally says on the label that it was made in Pakistan?

I have so many items from Ratchet! They have great designs, brilliant quality, the prices are good, sizing inclusive and most importantly of all, their customer service is exceptional and personal!

For example I messed up a recent order and emailed to ask if they could correct, I still got the order wrong several times after but we had a laugh about it and it was sorted so quickly!

They are their authentic selves when they post on social media and it feels like a big family you’re part of. The team seem like they’d be so much fun to hang out with too, I think they need to organise a big fan meet up so we can all get together!
