AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I can see that there are some positive reviews on here and quite frankly I am shocked as my experience has been nothing short of abysmal. I would suggest that if you have received your order, you should count your lucky stars! Seeing the scores are very polarising for this company - either brilliant or beyond awful - order at your own risk. It will just be luck if you get anything.

I ordered a very pretty necklace on the 8th November for my daughter’s birthday in late December. As previously stated it gives you potentially up to a month’s delivery to the UK where I am based.

After a week, I had no confirmation that the item had been dispatched so I emailed them.

What you get back is a very templated email back thanking you for your patience but not actually answering any questions or giving any definitive information.

I continued to chase weekly receiving the same tepid, non informative response no matter what questions asked - from a person called Kat. I asked to cancel my order and request a refund and they refused every time. The email responses they have put in reply to these reviews is how they communicate with you about your order - it is that sort of language.

I finally emailed their parent company to be told that Bergio who are cited as their parent company on their website - lovely picture of their CEO- are not actually affiliated with them. This seems rather a large misrepresentation.

I have made a complaint to the American FTC about this company and would suggest anyone in this position do the same as we need to stop these charlatans. Seeing as they are no longer affiliated with Bergio, it answers a lot of questions why they cannot give you any answers.

It is a definite role of the dice and I would avoid at all costs. This jewellery is not worth the stress.

My husband surprised me with this necklace when we found out we were expecting, and I absolutely adore it. The baby feet design is so delicate and meaningful, and the necklace itself is beautiful. It’s such a special keepsake that I’ll cherish forever.

I ordered 2 items that were due to be delivered in August 2023. The original tracking showed them as being delivered but in fact they hadn't been. Then all reference to the tracking and delivery disappeared! I have contacted them several times since and they have not even had the decency to respond.

I ordered a mum to be necklace, there was no tracking on it, I emailed them and asked where my delivery was, they said sometimes it goes missing and they would re send again, 2 weeks later and multiple emails asking for my new tracking number it keeps getting passed back to the ordering department and told we will let you know as soon as there is an update, it is for my daughter for mother's day as her baby is due in Aug 23. Don't purchase, you won't get your items.

I ordered a cute little "mama-to-be" necklace. Canadian orders are listed as taking 1-2 weeks.
After 5 weeks, instead of being delivered to my house, it was delivered to a local post office where I had to go to pick it up.
The item itself was just as described..quite cute, but unless you are prepared to wait for delivery and willing to have delivery sent elsewhere, I would pass on ordering from this company.

China made stuff and takes 1 month to get a delivery notification. Not received my item yet either.

Their website states delivery in 7 - 10 days however the item was not dispatched until day 12 and then the item never arrived. PayPal dispute raised however due to 'tracking information' being provided by the company saying item was delivered they refused the claim.

Terrible company... 1-5 days shipping 🤣🤣 more like 15-20... Do not waste your time or money... Service is terrible

I wanted to write the whole story, all email exchanges but I ran out of characters and I am sure you've been through enough already, emails back and forth, no item, tracking not working, issue escalated but no response. You've waited long enough.

If you have done so, here is my advice.
After ordering from an AD I've seen on a social media site, I quickly checked out the website (didn't come to Trustpilot (should have done)) waiting over a 6 weeks for my item to be shipped and never arrived. Sounds familiar?

So here is what I've done to get my money back remained calm through out all email exchanges(asking to track x2, asking for refund x3, asking for escalation x2), saved all emails, looked for the CEO's email address on RocketReach.com(you get 5 searches free when you create an account) no this is not an advert, but this is what I had to do. Who is the CEO of Aphrodite's? His name is on their About Us page!

My last attempt I CC'd the CEO in the email still addressing Aphrodite's, than said they have 48 hours to provide me with a refund or I will take legal action and report them to trading standards.

I've got my refund in less than 30 minutes and it was the CEO who I cc'd responded.

There are many guidelines online if you search the term "online-orders-complaints-delivery-compensation", they are very helpful.

Fight back! Don't let them take your money and not deliver. It may seem pointless but sometimes its the only way.

Some companies have wonderful customer service, willing, helpful, will return your payment after you asked them first time.

Aphrodite's is not one of these companies. I believe customers are not always right, but in my case, they confirmed themselves that the issue was on their end, therefor what more can I say if you are unable to ship my item, please do not make me beg for my money back.

Would I have reported them to trading standards and take it to small claims court?
I am as sure as I am writing this review that I would have.

Purchased an anklet for my partners birthday. Item arrived; all was ok. the item broke within a couple of months. They happily apologised and sent a replacement. So far, so good... Then the replacement broke within a couple of weeks. Emailed and requested a refund, they refused and just sent me another without my confirmation this was acceptable. The replacement arrived and broke within a couple of weeks again.

I have sent images each time, and the respond quiet quickly, but will not refund my money and keep asking for more photos.

Products as mentioned in other reviews are cheap and of extremely poor quality.

Absolutely disgusting experience. Having a problem with their shipping was the excuse we got. Stay clear of this company. Very dishonest!

1 month after ordering and still no item. Not much of a response from their customer service either so have had to open a dispute via my credit card company.

I ordered a product from this site more than 6 weeks ago, and the instructions said it would be shipped in 2 to 3 weeks. It took them a month to ship it. I didn't receive the order until now, but they shamelessly sent me a request to review the item.

Stay away from these scammers!!!! They advertise 7-10 day shipping, it was confirmed on my order, yet two months later nothing. At least you still have PayPal customer protection, so I got a refund after aphrodites told me to eff off...

I don't even feel they deserve a 1 star just absolutely horrendous customer service and pathetic quality goods

I wouldnt give them any stars at all but it didnt give me the option. Stay away from this company!!!!!! I ordered a necklace for my daughter it came but was faulty. I emailed the company they said they would send me a replacement but I'm still waiting. I have sent email after email but they won't reply. Good job I paid via PayPal im now in the process of contacting them to get a refund. Don't buy anything off them they've changed their name from pandoras box to aphrodites I wonder why. They are a nightmare!!!!!!!!

I got a great gift for my wife!

It was funny and quirky. Not only did she laugh but she loved the actual silver necklace of a crown. She wears it often and it shipped super fast.

Had a great experience.

Absolutely shocking, ordered a bracelet before Christmas and it still hasn’t come. Asked for refunds and being fobbed off. Money down the drain man.

Definitely a scam company. I ordered an expensive necklace and two other cheaper items to reach the minimum order value to qualify for a discount coupon. I received a package with two flimsy cheap quality cheaper items and the main expensive item is missing! They promised delivery before Christmas on their site and then took almost 2 months to deliver to Canada! Of my 100 dollar order, they sent me 10 dollars worth of the cheap items and scammed me of the 90 I paid for the necklace! Very cheap! I guess I should have guessed it's going to be a nightmare since their orders ship from China.

I guess i should have read all the reviews before placing my order. SMH. On Dec 19th i placed an order for 2 necklace one for my daughter and one for my sister who lost her 3 week old son this past June. I checked shipping said 2-4 days but i knew it would be along shot to get it before Christmas. Next day got an email saying it wont be delivered until the Monday after Christmas a little disappointed but understandable. Well Monday comes get my package in the mail, first thought kind of small for 2 necklaces that are both suppose to come in their own box with a note one for a daughter from their mom and the other about a mom of an angel. To my surprise their was only 1 blue box in the package. I opened it and the necklace i ordered for my sister was in the box with the note for a daughter from her mother. Big mix up! I right away called customer service phone just rang for about 3 mintues until i hung up. Went to my email and sent one to customer service. The same day i had an email asking for me to take picture of what got along with a picture of the packaging slip. I didn't it right away. Now 2 days later and 2 additional email and calls i haven't heard nothing back. At this point i would just like my money back
