Placed an order with this company on the 26th November as of today the 29th December still has not arrived and no updates on the tracking for 13 days. I have sent numerous emails to this company and all I have been told is to be patient and wait for it to arrive plus have been told that once it leaves there facility then its out of there hands no help what so ever stay clear of this company its a disgrace and shouldent be advertising 😡😡😡

Terrible service. Ordered an item for Christmas, and was given no indication at the time of ordering that delivery could take weeks and involve me paying additional customs charges.

I emailed instantly to cancel my order, and received an email reply saying that was fine, but could they ask why I wanted to cancel. I explained about delivery times and customs charges, and that it would be no good if it came after Christmas.

A few days later I receive another email, saying the item has been dispatched!

Then after that I Get an email saying sorry, the item has already been dispatched but not to worry as it will definitely be here before Christmas.

It's now Christmas, and the item isn't here and I've emailed to get my money back and haven't had a response yet.

Really awful, just avoid.

Scam Company ..Avoid at all cost. Place an order 4 weeks later still no delivery. All company will say is you must be patient and can't give any more details when delivery will be. Will not issue refund. Item was bought for a xmas present and now we are 3 days from xmas and not here. Believe they give fake tracking info and they expect you just to forget about the order so you are scammed out of your money

absolute scam, sty away in my opinion. ordered 11 days ago still hasn't shipped. i emailed within minutes of ordering because the item i ordered couldn't be worn by my wife. had a reply saying my request would be passed to the relevant team but had nothing else. now when i email all i don't get anymore replies. no refund no item just a scam stay away. use a different company don't use this one.

Horrible excuse for a company. Ordered a gift for my daughters birthday last week. I was supposed to receive an email when it shipped, And also a tracking number. I heard nothing? I emailed them 2 times asking them for information on were it was and had it been shipped? I did not get any response from them. Today is her birthday and nothing? So I called them. They said it should have been shipped last week but was not? They said they would ship it tomorrow? I asked why did it not get shipped? and the answer was: we are just a bit behind. Really? they were not the least bit concerned about the whole thing? WARNING!!!!!!! Do not buy anything from this scam artist outfit. I doubt They will ever ship it so then I will have to call my credit card company and have them cancel the payment. I will be very shocked if this is not the case. At any rate you were WARNED about how they really could care less about a customer and there issue. No apology no nothing. Deal with a real company you know and save yourself some grief!
