Saw them on the Internet and called to talk to them, and they were super helpful with the product that I was looking for and went above and beyond to verify that it was going to be an exact replacement for the part that I needed, and that I would not have to do any new plumbing on my pool pump. These guys are great. They know there stuff and will work with you. We hit a couple of bumps but returned things and got the right ones. Some of that was on me and they did not charge me a "restocking fee" and were open to recommending non OEM item replacements because they cost less and were actually better made.
