TheraPetic® Solutions provides clinical evaluations and documentation from licensed healthcare professionals. We do not issue or advertise “pet registration numbers,” as such registries are not recognized under federal disability law.
Our service involves evaluation and documentation rather than registry listings, and many clients receive their documentation in secure PDF format. If this reviewer is a client and would like assistance reviewing their account or documentation, we encourage them to contact our support team directly at Help@MyPSD.org so we can clarify any concerns.

“Don't be fooled by fake sites! The so-called emotional support animal registration AND certification in Canada does not exist.
No law requires you to register your ESA or to get them certified. Be sure to stay away from any company trying to sell you an emotional support animal certification in Canada.
To get an emotional support animal in Canada, all you need is an emotional support letter issued by a licensed mental health professional. This letter will disclose all the information about you as the owner and why you need an emotional support animal.”
But then they’re happy to sell you something for $200. It doesn’t make any sense. Run in the other direction

Our organization does not sell or promote “ESA registrations” or certifications. As noted on our website, such registries are not recognized under Canadian or U.S. disability law. Instead, our service involves a clinical evaluation process with a licensed professional, which may result in documentation when clinically appropriate.
The fee associated with our service covers the evaluation process, administrative processing, and documentation preparation. It is not a fee for “registering” an animal.
We are committed to educating the public about the difference between unrecognized registry websites and legitimate evaluation-based services. If the reviewer would like us to review their concerns directly, we welcome them to contact our support team at Help@MyPSD.org.
Good luck finding anything
The website is always changing and I find it impossible to find where you log in and where my paperwork is. Once I find my paperwork I find it hard to change the 'attention to' at the top.

Thank you for your feedback. Since the time of this review, our platform has undergone a complete redesign with a new user interface and updated client dashboard to make accessing documents and account features much easier.
We have also introduced improved navigation and account tools to simplify login and document management for clients. If any user ever has difficulty accessing their documents, our support team is always available to assist.
We continuously improve our platform based on user feedback and appreciate comments that help us make the experience better.

This company is NOT a scam.
I didn't realize the turn around time and was panicking I spent money on a company that was not going to help
My experience hours later was much different. They are responsive, courteous and thoughtful.
I received my certificate and after communications through them realized my panic was just that (damn anxiety).
Please give yourself time when booking a flight so you don't do what I did!
Definitely would recommend 😁
