Customer service does exist!
I have made several purchases from HR and love the fishing gear and protective quality. On one purchase, the package arrived and the shirt was damaged. It looked like it was ran over by a truck. In one email the problem was resolved and a credit was issued immediately. I always honor businesses who respect their customers. They have a client for life. I encourage everyone to support these guys, you will not be disappointed!
