I ordered an item from them & when it…
I ordered an item from them & when it arrived there was no invoice inside the package.
As this is a replacement item which was damaged at my gym I need a physical receipt to claim the money back.
All phone numbers do not work & the so called live chat site states connection is not private!
My only option left is to email but as this can take 2/3 days or even longer I feel this is a really poor customer service & not fit for purpose.

Unfortunately , one of my pairs of leggings had the stitching come apart. Anne-Marie solved the situation quickly and efficiently. I was given a voucher to repurchase the leggings.

Order lost five star service 
I ordered leggings on the top from Sweaty Betty and they went to the wrong address. Nowhere near where I live. I was a bit worried as it was the same address as mine but the different postcode I’ve spoke to Sweaty Betty and they they have dealt with it really quickly and I have had a replacement sent out to me just waiting now for my replacement, please with the service I got

Sweaty Betty is my go to
Sweaty Betty is my go to, when it comes to quality leggings. The materials are great, they hold things well, and doesn't show cellulite. I have at least 20 leggings from them, definitely recommend. The return is also smooth.

Really poor experience online
Really poor experience with online ordering. Company does not value customers nor their experience. Better experience from cheaper retailers. Plenty of other retailers to buy from. Would avoid.

Terrible customer service
Had an issue with some yoga trousers having a hole in the seam. Customer service is non existent and hide being “exceptionally busy.” Two week after submitting an email and then sending photos I spent over and hour on their online chat trying to sort it out.
Looks like I’ll be finding a new brand to buy.

Sweaty Betty goods are great
Sweaty Betty goods are great, but unfortunately Sweaty Betty chooses to use a Rubbish Delivery Service... EVRI. Goods left in a rubbish bin at the bottom of the drive time and time again. And if the rubbish men come before you realise it, they've taken your goods to the dump. . Always the same with EVRI. PLEASE PLEASE use DPD, where they actually manage to ring your doorbell!

I love sweaty Betty leggings in my last order a small flaw with the leggings but sent them a message on instagram and it was sorted in a few days very satisfied as they are now sending me my replacement leggings a very happy customer over all

Saddened to see how SB has deteriorated
I was so disappointed when I went to buy some new leggings. I have been a loyal SB customer for years however the fit of the items I tried on were awful. The quality has deteriorated and the styles were all drab. So sad to see another brand being destroyed after being bought by a big US corporation.
