I had a very difficult and tricky situation with Amazon. My account was hijacked and I didnt know if my account was in good standing. I tried to get control of my store back and hit dead ends. Then let me know they can switch my account back to my name, but amzblueprints the fraudsters that hacked my account, had done quite the damage to my store's rating. Just like Amanda said. But i was able to get my possession of my store, close it and will be restarting a new one.

I talked with several amazon account recovery "experts" that guaranteed i could 100% get my store back and would cost $1000 to $3000 for the service.
