I was really looking forward to using app senic for my dropshipping business as another key platform with great suppliers.

We had 6 orders on the platform and the supplier cancelled 2 of them. This is way too risky for a marketplace seller to use. If you have a good selling reputation on marketplaces I highly recommend not to use these as as soon as the supplier hits the cancel button it is us seller who suffers the aftermath.

We have now cancelled our subsscription and requested any funds we have stored with them are returned back to us.

Today is 17th August and we opened a ticket raising the order cancellations and requesting our funds be returned back to us on 12th August and no one has responded back to us. The ticket is #382934.

The live chat feature is good.

Unfortunately, I cannot use a platform that has high cancellations otherwise I won't have a business left.

There is also no way of contacting a supplier through the platform which is a bit worrying.

I don't usually leave bad comments, but in this occasion it is justified. Business owners need reliable business contacts and from what I've seen these two suppliers with the order cancellations were the reason why we have engaged in this negative review.

Buenas me ha sucedido algo muy raro con AppScenic hace como unos 15 días atrás les pedí una documentación donde reflejara que podía vender sus productos de marcas que yo había importado a mi tienda online ya que una conocida plataforma me lo había solicitado para poder mostrar los productos allí, me fueron dando largas y el cual fue mi sorpresa que la mayoría de los productos de marcas que yo había importado estaban agotados y cuando pregunte al servicio de atención al cliente en AppScenic me dijeron que el proveedor de esos productos ya no trabajaba con ellos que se había ido, algo que yo no me creo porque es mucha coincidencia que les pida la documentación no me la den yo les insista y el proveedor se vaya y además yo teniendo y viendo productos ahora mismo en stock de ese proveedor. lo que me reafirma en mi pensamiento que presuntamente han tomado represalias contra mi por haberle pedido inocentemente esa documentación. Mucho cuidado con esta gente que si hacen eso es que no son trigo limpio .

Lol, look at reviews! All the positives, then click verified, none are verified, so my advice, ignore the positive reviews as they are not guaranteed independent & real, skip to the negatives, plenty of them, with explanations of what this company is, how works or does not work. Then make an informed choice.

Edit: My account on Trustpilot is not same account I use for business. Why are you concerned about people reading the negative reviews if you have nothing to hide? Its all about transparency! And why you hassling me, twice in one day? when all the positive reviews are not verified? answers on a postcard please.

Overpriced products, not a great selection of products.

I've had a great experience using AppScenic for my dropshipping store. The level of automation is the standout feature for me—having tracking numbers and stock levels sync automatically saves me hours of manual work every week. I also appreciate that the suppliers are based in the US and UK, which means my customers actually get their orders in days rather than weeks. The interface is clean and it was very easy to integrate with my Shopify store.

Quick and easy setup, easy integration, easy to source products and a well priced membership. Customer service is simple to raise an issue and quick on their responses.

I have used other drop shipping platforms but this one seems to be the best.

I had a problem that was able to be solved without having to rewatch the training video.

The value is excellent — I’ve found products on AppScenic that are cheaper than elsewhere without sacrificing quality. Plus, delivery was prompt and smooth.

Great experience with AppScenic, good products, fair pricing, and they deliver quickly. It’s one of the most reliable dropshipping platforms I’ve used so far.

App Scenic offers an excellent range of items at very good prices. My last order arrived in just a few days — the speed of delivery really impressed me.

Unbelievably, I was not getting access despite being charged. Insisted on getting a refund. Its been a month and yet to be refunded.

Feel completely scammed

I’m a Walmart Marketplace seller, and my experience with AppScenic has been frustrating from start to finish.

From day one, I dealt with constant data feed errors — products published with zero inventory, unupdated pricing, and frequent missing information that caused listings to fail. This resulted in hundreds of my products being unpublished or showing errors, costing me both time and sales.

To make things worse, one of AppScenic’s suppliers shipped an order using an unapproved carrier (Amazon Logistics), which violates Walmart policy. This caused me to cancel the order, and the customer ended up getting the product for free. When I requested a refund, AppScenic refused — shifting the responsibility entirely onto me, despite the compliance breach being the supplier’s fault.

Their platform also lacks consistency in shipping carriers, and they can’t enforce Walmart compliance with their suppliers. This creates serious risks for any seller relying on them.

I ended up canceling my subscription because the service was unreliable, caused financial losses, and had no real resolution process for supplier mistakes. If you’re a Walmart seller, I strongly advise you to think twice before using AppScenic.

Everything ok. Simple and fast. But the range is small for the Norwegian market.

They charged me on the sly and refused a refund for an unused service. Every time I tried to explain that these charges were authorized without my consent or awareness, customer service condescended me by explaining the concept of pre-authorized charges. I wonder how much revenue they receive from trying to convince people that they just don't remember signing up for a free trial. I keep a record of these things.

The irony being that in September I was actually going to try out the subscription they prematurely forced onto my account, but due to the awful customer service quality I'll probably go with DropCommerce or Trendsi instead.

All problems are solved, you just need to be patient.

The integration works really well, from the product listings you simply click add and within seconds the product, pictures and descriptions are added to your site. You can choose your pricing and profit margins.
