Same problems unresolved on 21st…

Same problems unresolved on 21st February.

Despite giving the same boilerplate response about taking Data Protection laws seriously, Avasam continue to violate them.

An email address which I have never provided to Avasam, and therefore could never have opted in, apparently needs to be told about - "Top Trending Sunglasses Elevating Seasonal Sales".

It is likely that one of their customers may have passed on my address for shipping notification or similar, and Avasam have illegally re-purposed and added it to their spamming list. Best to avoid doing business with a company which behaves like this and shows complete contempt for the law.

This app is completely unreliable… I feel like I've been scammed and my money stolen!!

This app is completely unreliable. Initially, they require a subscription to try adding products, but you soon discover that the app doesn't automatically sync products with Amazon. Instead, you have to upload a file of your products from the app to Amazon and process them one by one. I spent two days trying to sync the products between the app and Amazon, following all their instructions, but the sync still failed, and the list of products I added to Amazon didn't appear to link to the app. When I contacted technical support, I received no help; they just kept saying, "Wait, we're investigating the problem." I submitted numerous support requests, but received no response. You just waited for hours, as if you were begging for help and receiving no service for your money!

It was a terrible experience, which I documented with photos and videos. I will warn others about them.

Automatic listing without the correct brand authorisation, invoices, or resale rights can put a seller’s Amazon account at serious risk of suspension or permanent closure. For this reason, we intentionally do not offer fully automated Amazon listing. This approach is designed to protect sellers, not inconvenience them. This is clearly communicated within our documentation and onboarding guidance.

The Amazon process therefore involves structured exports and controlled listing methods, allowing sellers to review product data, compliance requirements, and brand restrictions before listing. While this may feel slower initially, it is the safest and most responsible approach for Amazon sellers, especially those operating a dropshipping model.

Unlawful Refund Policy - DO NOT LET THESE CRIMINALS LIE TO YOU!!

I have had dozens of issues with Avasam in the past week however this review pertains ONLY to the request made on 31/10/2025. Avasam refuse to refund the subscription fee despite UK Legislation saying that they are required to, as the service provided is not as described and is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.

Avasam's online marketing materials, website, and videos describe Avasam as an “automated dropshipping platform” that allows users to easily list products, manage inventory, and process orders automatically. However, my experience has been entirely different. The service does not function as described, and in my opinion, fails to meet the standards required under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, particularly sections 49–50 relating to services being carried out with reasonable care and skill and being AS DESCRIBED.

Over the course of my use, I experienced:

Persistent technical failures (system errors, inability to bulk edit or delete listings, missing image uploads and other broken or faulty features).

Features advertised as automated or AI-driven that did not function or produced errors.

Repeated and unresolved technical support issues (over 40 tickets raised, only a few resolved).

Inaccurate product data and pricing inconsistencies that made it impossible to use the platform effectively.

An obstructive and unclear cancellation process.

DO NOT LET AVASAM FOB YOU OFF WITH EXCUSES, THEIR SYSTEM IS NOT AS ADVERTISED AND YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A REFUND UNDER THE CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT 2015

Despite contacting your support team on multiple occasions to request resolution or a refund, my concerns were dismissed, and I was informed that no refund would be issued. This is unacceptable given that the service is demonstrably not as described and was not fit for the purpose for which it was sold.

I therefore request a full refund of the subscription fee and will proceed with legal action without any further notice if refused.

EDIT TO RESPOND TO REPLY:

"we audited ourselves and found no problem"..... Do you realize how stupid you sound?

I haven't answered your calls because as I have already told your staff, all communication must be in writing so that I have record of it. You claim the system works for other users, then how come you have negative reviews that all say the same thing dating back several years? Are they all wrong too?
I have videos, screenshots and chat transcripts that prove I am correct, and granting someone access to a faulty system does not entitle you to refuse a refund, I have already spoken to a solicitor about this.

The only way to resolve this is to refund me. I will not stop until that happens. I will email support today as requested, as I have written notice for Laganside Court Belfast to share with you.

Avoid at all costs - a total scam!

The prices on this platform are absolutely ridiculously overpriced for what you get. It feels like a complete rip-off. But the worst part is when you try to cancel. They make it virtually impossible to close your account or stop the payments. It's a shameful business practice designed to trap you and keep charging you, even when you're done using the service. This isn't a business; it's pure robbery. Save yourself the headache and your money and go somewhere else.

Avoid Avasam – No Trial, No Refunds, and a Broken Platform

I subscribed to Avasam with the intention of integrating it with my eBay Motors store. Unfortunately, Avasam does not offer any free trial, which means you have no way to test the system before committing to a paid plan. And that’s exactly where the scam begins.

Once you pay, you quickly realize the platform is virtually unusable. The interface is slow, unstable, and constantly requires page refreshes just to check if your actions were even executed. Importing listings to eBay is nearly impossible — the system throws constant errors without any guidance or way to fix them. Support is minimal to non-existent, and there's no proper documentation to help users troubleshoot.

The pricing is outrageously high for what you actually get, which is a non-functional, glitchy system that fails to deliver even basic features. I paid $54.99 for the “Advanced” plan and received absolutely zero value. To make matters worse, they have a strict no-refund policy, so once you've paid, your money is gone — regardless of whether the system works or not.

Avasam feels like a deliberate trap: no trial, no refunds, and no working platform. I urge authorities in the UK to investigate companies like this that are clearly misleading and exploiting honest people trying to build a legitimate business.

Just think — how many other people paid $54.99 on the same day I did? Multiply that and you’ll get an idea of how much money Avasam might be siphoning from small business owners.

In conclusion: Stay away. Do not subscribe. It’s a waste of your time and money.

Before any subscription is taken out, every prospective seller can open a free account and explore the entire catalogue, supplier details, integration options, and core dashboard functions. A payment is required only when you wish to begin importing products or routing live orders. We also operate a six-day support service: live chat and telephone assistance are available Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 18:00 (UK time), with a ticket system monitored outside those hours.

Your description of repeated time-outs and import errors is not typical of our platform. eBay Motors does have specific fitment and attribute requirements that differ from standard eBay listings, and our onboarding specialists can supply the correct templates and guidance. We would welcome the opportunity to review your account logs, investigate any server-side issues, and provide one-to-one assistance in completing the integration.

With regard to pricing, the Advanced plan covers real-time stock synchronisation, automated order routing, unlimited channel connections, and access to a vetted supplier network. If underlying technical problems prevented you from using these features we will of course review the matter under our service-level guarantee. While refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, we do not leave genuine faults unresolved.
