I may come back to reduce the stars, but the issue I have is that you simply cannot determine when you will receive the item ordered. A week after ordering my CPAP tubing, the FedEx tracking number still shows it is waiting to receive the package. Calling Apria, you simply get the Philippines, and all they can do is apologize and parrot back everything you have already told them. No value at all, a complete waste of time, and frustrating. Expectation is for shipping to be done within 1-2 business days after ordering. The bar is set low.
