The service started out good with photos of what they did, it’s waned since the first treatment. I even question whether they did anything in their last treatment.

Not happy
My dogs acquired fleas and I can’t enjoy my deck as I get bit by many mosquitoes. One of my dogs is allergic to the chemical and after going outside hours later he came in with a very red belly. I have spiders crawling on my deck and in my garage and driveway. The next day I had cob webs on my deck from my umbrella

The service tech always seems to provide the service we expect and appreciate. My biggest concern with aptive is the way of notifications of the appointments it seems to me that they do not provide enough time to change the appointment when it is not convenient for me.

Tech did not let us know he was here
Tech did not let us know he was here. Still had ants around the base of the house. We quit Aptive and changed to Milberger. Have discontinued Aptive services. Price went from $70 to over $110 a month. They offered to drop back down to the original price, which they could have kept to begin with.

Buyer beware
Service is always good. That’s not the problem. Are supposed to come every 90 days, however the time between treatments kept getting shorter, down to 60 days. I talked with them about it and they agreed to come every 90 days. Well, over time they started getting shorter again, even less than 60 days. Been with them since 2019, but have decided to make a change due to the circumstances. They provide a good service but take advantage of the customer who may not pay close attention to frequency of treatments.

I signed up for a subscription plan $79/month for 12 months. Six services are to be performed during that time frame with unlimited call backs if you have any issues. This was to include interior, exterior, yard, and fence line. Aptive has been here three times (one scheduled and the other two were callbacks). Aptive has yet to complete the interior, exterior, yard, and fence line in one visit. The tech's pump broke last time they were here a week ago, and they could not finish the job. He said he would call the main office, and another tech would be out. It's been 5 days, and no one has reached out. I saw a mouse in the garage yesterday, and I still see millipedes in the basement. Very disappointed. You can't break your contract or you have to pay $200

Not effective
They are very willing to do free re services, but I am tired of needing them. After 2 yrs of them spraying my basement, I continue to have glue traps full of bugs. Also, the attention to detail varies widely depending on who comes to do the service. They seem to keep no notes on what the problem bugs are or what needs to be replaced. One person said they couldn't spray the basement because of the carpet tiles, the next doused them. One guy told me that rats don't have any bones, so that's how they squeezed under my door. I had traps put down for cockroaches by one, and then the next three didn't check or replace them....end of the day, it's been yrs and I still have bugs. Not worth the money.

Failed attempt to rid area of yellow jacket bees. Absolutely none trapped in bag meant to catch them! Workers were careful and none stung as they cleared brush. LUCKY.
