We had our boiler installed by Danny & Jamie from Aquaheat. They were brilliant. Professional, friendly and did a fantastic job. From the initial visit from Dave Jones to the installation of the boiler was a very smooth process would definitely recommend them.

The 12 year old boiler was, until one year ago, occasionally serviced by a subsidiary (not locally based) of the manufacturer, but the service was expensive.
Aquaheat, a local firm, serviced the boiler one year ago, and were much less expensive, so I had no hesitation in contacting Aquaheat to visit for a repeat annual service, and the cost inc.vat was unchanged from the previous year.

Entered a competition on their facebook page to win a free boiler, forgot i had entered, got a phone call awhile after to say i had won!!! Over the moon couldnt believe it as i never win anything! Only had to wait a couple of weeks after receiving phone call and had it fitted today by jamie. Who was so professional wore his mask at all times, very chatty and friendly which is always a bonus when you have someone working in your home, when he had finished he explained how to use my new thermostat and set it all up to my phone too, phone needed updating but he didnt mind at all he waited, as it took quite awhile but i didnt feel rushed it was no bother to Him he was so helpful! Cannot thank this company enough so so happy thank you so much such good customer service!

Adam came round to my flat on behalf of my landlord to resolve an issue with our toilet overflowing. He was masked and gloved-up at the door, immediately making me feel at ease. Adam came in and resolved the toilet issue really quickly. I was super impressed. We had a chat whilst he was working and he was very easy to build rapport with and even explained to me what he was doing and what tools he was using as I was inquisitive into how this all worked. After sorting, he explained what he thought the cause of the issue was, he recommended some best practice for the future to avoid it and was on his way. Big up Adam for doing a class job and being a generally top lad. I will think of high quality work and service when I see an AquaHeat van.

Needed a new tap in bathroom (basin). Aquaheat quoted immediately and came out a day or two later. The engineer (Adam) was very professional and you’d never have known he’d been in.

We’ve used Aquaheat before and highly recommended them.

First of all, I was not impressed that neither of the engineers (there were 2) were wearing face masks (in the midst of a deadly pandemic lockdown) and when I asked them about it, they proudly stated, 'We're not bothered if you're not!' to which I retorted, 'I am bothered.' What 'bothered' me about their response was that they were so proud about their personal stance on not wearing face masks, as if they were being progressive forward-thinking gentlemen of the modern era! It's no wonder people are dying in the thousands thanks to attitudes like that!
Anyway, the job was simple enough - they only had to conduct a yearly boiler inspection and all was fine, thankfully. But, they left some stains on my bedroom carpet and one of the engineers was bold enough to ask, 'That wasn't there before, was it?' when he clearly knew that it was them that made the mess. They returned with some carpet-cleaning fluid they had in their vehicle and cleaned up the mess, even though I had to give it a clean-over after they left. But, get this, I had to remind the engineer about payment! And finally, they neglected to put some items they had to remove from the boiler closet back where they took them from.

We had or old boiler replaced with a combi boiler in the summer, and then went on to have our old bathroom turned into an en-suite, a bedroom turned into an en-suite, both bathrooms needing new doors opening and old doors closing. We also went with the new Vaillant system of programmable and app controllable radiator valves.
Mark and his team were always professional, polite, considerate, and in lockdown careful of our safety. Singled out for special mention should be Richard, who regularly went beyond the call of duty, doing most of the work on the two bathrooms.
We have recommended them to neighbours having had them recommended by another neighbour, and will certainly use them again.

Had a combi boiler fitted by Aquaheat late last year was so happy with the quality and workmanship I asked them back to refurbish my en-suite family bathroom and wc. Excellent from start to finish Mark kept us up to date with what was going on. Rajko and Richard fitted our bathrooms and did an excellent job I can’t give them enough credit for the excellent job and guidance they gave us. Would recommend Aquaheat for any plumbing/heating work you need carrying out.

I had a new combi boiler installed by Aquaheat 3 years ago, following relocation to my current home. I’d had a combi boiler installed in my previous home and both the service and product were excellent. So I’ve been a customer for 8 years now. I wouldn’t even consider going elsewhere.

I cannot thank Nicole in the office and engineer Danny for their service today. They were both brilliant and did all they could to get my heating sorted really quickly, came quickly and very flexible. Danny was fab and did the job really quickly and neatly and took time to explain the controls to me. I cannot thank them enough

Great service, the engineer arrived within a few hours of calling. Smooth transaction and great advice was given regarding best practice and use of the heating system.

Amazing, fast and professional service! My boiler was acting very strange and aqua heat came out straight away to sort it and all it needed was a simple service! I’m a single woman living alone so it’s Nice to have a company you trust that aren’t just going to try take advantage and rip you of!

In fact they were the best trades people I have ever employed .
From the original on site visit and written estimation to turning up on the agreed date

Without a break .
Yes unbelievably they refused offers of tea and coffee
They completed the job of a new boiler ,radiator flush I the day
Cleaned up including removal of all debris and old parts
I am delighted with work and can highly recommend

An excellent experience from start to finish, quote by Matt who turned up on time and was very straightforward offered three options and explained the differences in a clear way, no hard sell. Then dealt with Jon who sorted the finance quotes and explained the next steps and made things seem easy. Finally Danny turned up and was very hard working, clean working and thorough and did a great job fitting the boiler and explaining things to us. Very very impressed, great job and very happy with the price.
