Aqua-heat have been servicing and providing support for my heating systems for my property I own and rent out for quite a number of years, it is important that a quick and professional response is undertaken to ensure minimum distress to tenants - Aqua heat have achieved this and I would recommend this company to any Landlord requiring reliable plumbing/heating company you can rely on.

I thought I could smell gas from an old gas fire that had not been capped off properly and needed someone to come out quickly. Transco couldn’t come within an agreed time and would just cut the gas supply to the whole house. Aqua heat quoted a price over the phone to cap it off. Aqua heat chap was with me within 30mins. A reasonable price for peace of mind. Just won another customer.

As a professional landlord I have used Aquaheat many times over the last few years. Each time I have found the engineers professional, quick to respond and fair priced. I recommend Aquaheat as a 4th emergency service!

I cannot recommend Aquaheat highly enough.

We have used them on several occasions but had to call them out for an emergency this evening when our expansion vessel malfunctioned.

Dave the engineer attended in 20 mins, extremely courteous and knowledgable.

Diagnosis was quick efficient and accurate. The service was booked through an official system and there was no waiting to hear back which was a refreshing change to anyone we’d delt with prior. The problem was solved effectively and to the highest standard. I could not recommend Aqua heat more !!

Aquaheat installed a new boiler and radiators 3 years ago and I've just had them back for the annual service. They are friendly, efficient and very professional. The price was very reasonable too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Fitted and supplied a new boiler to my flat. Excellent service throughout including staying late to make sure we had hot water and heating at the weekend. Professional, friendly and really went the extra mile for us. We would not hesitate to recommend this Company and will definitely use them again. Great job Mark and all the team !

A plumber called dave absolutely superb thorough & reassuring and knew exactly what needed doing to resolve my issue & complete the job.

We have used Aqua heat on several occasions throughout our renovation and wouldn’t look to use any other company for our plumbing/heating needs. They aim to get to you ASAP, keep in contact throughout the whole process, are polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. Danny who came to look at one of our radiators yesterday, couldn’t have done more, he ensured all the furniture was moved so as not to make a mess (which he didn’t) and was was like a dog with a bone until he identified the problem. I would recommend aquaheat to anyone in a heartbeat.

I use Aquaheat for both my properties and they are always excellent. I have used them for everything from replacing boilers, replacing shower rooms, plumbing inspections etc and every time the service is outstanding.

Had central heating (complete system in Sep 2019).
Just had the engineer back for annual service. Found the office staff and the 3 different engineers to be friendly and efficient. Would recommend Aquaheat to anyone !

In my rented property I had a leaking shower for nearly a year, with 6 other plumbers not resolving the problem. Rajeko fitted a new shower, took time to go through with us what he was doing & what he had found, he was very thorough, tidy and professional and best of all no more leaks!!! Will only be using Aquaheat in the future

Excellent service from start to finish. The engineer who visited to assess our needs for a new boiler understood immediately what we wanted, was very clear about how they would go about ensuring that all statutory requirements were met, and offered us some options that offered value for money. The installation itself went very smoothly. Great care taken to protect carpets etc, all mess cleared away, and then a thorough briefing on the operation of the boiler and the programmer/thermostat.
Couldn't have gone better.
