You placed your order on Saturday, May 3rd, and we’re happy to see that your gift card was delivered successfully without issue. Because it was your first purchase, a manual ID verification was required as part of our fraud prevention protocols. This is standard for new customers and is clearly noted on our website and in our checkout process.
Since the order came in over the weekend, our team sent you the verification link on Monday, May 5th, which falls within our stated 48-hour verification window. As soon as you completed the process, your account was verified and approved immediately.
We understand that waiting for verification can be frustrating, and we’re actively working to streamline this process to make it as fast and transparent as possible. That said, we believe taking this extra step is critical to protecting both our customers and our platform from fraudulent activity.

Initial purchase took about 8 hours to verify (did it pretty late in the evening on the west coast and I know they are located in a more eastern time zone). That said, the next purchases were delivered immediately.
Some quicks/bugs on their website - the add all option didn't work and it seems very un-optimized with delays in loading the cards and having to manually move each used card to the used section. That said, their responsiveness in delivering the cards makes them my go to moving forward.
This is an excellent resource for small businesses and homeowners doing work as they have a good stock of home improvement cards.

This website makes it seem as if you get your gift card immediately. I made a purchase and 8 hours later nothing. I made a purchase with two other discounted gift card companies and within 2 hours I had my giftcards. I am skeptical of the website and the phone number associated with the company just goes to voicemail.

You placed your order on Sunday, December 29, at 12:43 a.m., and since it was your first order, we had to manually verify your account to prevent fraud.
In our industry, fraud is a significant concern, which is why we’ve historically reviewed first-time orders manually. This approach helps protect our customers and our company. Typically, after verifying a new customer’s first order, we approve the account so future gift card purchases are delivered immediately without delay.
While our system usually verifies these transactions automatically for recurring customers, this process can take up to 24 hours for initial orders. We understand this caused a delay in delivering your card, which was clearly not ideal.
However, once the verification was completed, your order was sent the same day. As we mentioned in our previous messages, all your future purchases will be processed and delivered immediately.
We regret that you had difficulties reaching us. Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time), with reduced hours on weekends. Bought a gift card
Bought a gift card, was charged right away. Then I had to provide my license (ID) and a selfie of myself. Did that right away despite not being aware of this process when purchasing. 3 days later, still no gift card, no emails from the company, but yet the charge for my gift card POSTED to my credit card.
There's some good reviews on this site, but be weary. There's nothing wrong with taking measures to prevent fraud, especially if they have seen a lot of it - but charging/posting the charge and 3 days with no response after providing my ID/verification is terrible.
UPDATE -- This company reached out to me to explain some improvements they were making on the Know Your Customer front and completely improved the poor experience I had when trying to make the original purchase. As much as that initial experience was poor, I will absolutely return to purchase further gift cards here in the future when required - I have complete faith in the company to deliver as promised - and now that they know I am a legit customer it will be quick and painless. Thanks for making it right!

You placed your order on the evening of December 1st, and since your ID check couldn't be verified by the automated system, our team reached out the next morning via email (December 2nd) to ask whether you’d prefer to verify your ID and proceed, or receive a refund. Unfortunately, we didn’t see a reply from you until December 5th. At that time we immediately processed the refund, though it may take a few days for the credit to appear in your account, as that part of the process is handled by your bank.
In our industry, fraud is a significant concern, which is why we’ve historically reviewed first-time orders manually. This approach helps protect our customers and our company. Typically, after verifying a new customer’s first order, we approve the account so future gift card purchases are delivered immediately without delay.
Recently, however, we faced temporary technical issues with our previous ID verification system, causing our system to request verification after the order was placed rather than during checkout. I understand this was not ideal at all and provided an extremely poor experience in your case.
The good news is that as of this week, we’ve implemented a significantly more robust and advanced fraud prevention system that only requires ID checks for orders flagged as high-risk, resulting in a smoother experience for the majority of customers moving forward.

Their selection is limited, and I wish they'd only show instock cards, and then have a request restock section. Also you can only mark one card as spent at a time, then it redirects you to the menu.
