Arbtech Consulting Ltd Opiniões

Really shady company. Arbtech produced a PEA and Bat Survey which my local planning authority have deemed "doesn't meet best practice." After researching the survey that should have been provided, I wholly agree with the planning authority! The report provided to us doesn't meet the most basic requirements of a PEA. I've asked for a refund only to be met with a discriminatory and condescending complaints policy which suggests that Arbtech will ignore complaints completely if they don't feel like responding! Ask for the complaints policy yourself before committing and see how it makes you feel about their respect for their customers

I found everyone I came into contact with at Arbtech highly professional.

Indeed I would go as to say the very best I have had the experience of encountering in my building experience.

Strongly advise against using this firm. I instructed them to do a RAPID 5 day bat survey as was time pressured at a premium of £400+ to other providers for the turnaround; turns out the 5days was just for the survey and you wait indefinitely for the results - very misleading booking form. I offered to pay for their standard service as a compromise, but was threatened with court action and sent intimidating communication in the middle of the night so was forced to settle. There are much better priced companies out there with a better service.

I required an Arboricultural survey as part of a planning application. Jonathon provide an excellent professional service. He was extremely knowledgeable and always available to discuss any questions I had. The report was delivered quickly and was very thorough. I would strongly recommend Jonathan and his team and I will certainly reach out to Arbtech again if I have any further needs. Thank uou

The site assessment was mindful of the home development size and sympathetic to our location. Being able to discuss concerns and have questions answered directly with the ecologist involved was reassuring. Thank you Rhiannon for your approachable nature.

Great service and speedy turn around, would definitely be using again

Fast and efficient service. Rob asked for everything he required and then delivered his report in very timely manner.

The person they sent didn't seem that confident in doing the survey. Having to ask a more experienced person for help. Didn't really cover all the areas we wanted. When I'm paying £1k for surveys I don't expect a trainee.

They also sent me one of there other customers private info in an email which is a breach of GDPR.

I've gone to a local company for the same work doing and would not touch this company again.

Edit in regard to response:
The response given is total rubbish

I have not had the land very long and have the basics having kept horses for a while but always had to go with where I rented. I had started to do things to encourage wildlife, as once the land is gone you can never get it back, It was great to talk to Merry and get further advice on what to do and how to go about improving the site so every one can live in harmony. I had thought of bird boxes but knew nothing of bat boxes. The idea made me go and read up on bats and the habitats they like. Brilliant! Thank you.

The surveyor was very pleasant and helpful. The survey was delivered in good time and was very detailed.

Very professional, turned up right on time

professional, easy to read report which was received on time.

Arbtech responded quickly to our request for a survey and arranged for a surveyor to come within 48 hours. He arrived on time and turned around a thorough report the same day.
A very professional service. I can highly recommend this company.

Annabel was our ecologist & was very friendly, knowledgeable, understanding & professional during what has been a stressful time for us. She completed the survey on the Friday & we received the report by Monday morning. Ultimately, she provided a great service, which we very much appreciated. Thank you!

Rapid response to initial enquiry, easy booking and efficient assessment with prompt reporting.

Responded very well to the urgency of our requirement with the speedy response to survey and the quick turnaround of a very comprehensive report following the survey. Very pleased with the flexibility of discussion between our attendees and the surveyor. Very impressed with the surveyors in depth knowledge.

Excellent communication, booked appointment quickly and received report quickly too.
