Bought a fantastic arcade machine from these absolute legends back in 2016. It arrived and has been working perfectly ever since. I recently wanted to upgrade the game board to one with more games and contacted Arcade Base and they gave me free support on how to do it - after 8 years since my purchase. Amazing service. If you want a 1980s arcade machine then buy it from these guys!

Chris was very helpful, he made sure the games we wanted were on the arcade, kept in touch and personally delivered it for us (up two flights of stairs). Well built, sturdy cabinet and overall very impressed. Hope to buying a second machine from him in the future for our home arcade.

What a great company. Got the idea about getting a machine and out of the 3i called these seemed the best to deal with. I chose the delivery day and cabinet design and a day or so later a huge lorry with a well palleted and wrapped machine arrived. Unwrapped and working within 30 minutes. I bought mine with a coin slot and use it to save.

They were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Great communication, providing updates on when the unit was completed, when it would be shipped. Gave me a quick call to advise when it would be picked up then sent full tracking details as well. The arcade its self is brilliant my other half has not stopped grinning since it arrived. It has a great verity of games and is a quality really well built unit, it looks awesome
