Warranty? Apparently there isn't one. We have a pacman, the graphics where the buttons and controller is located that is completely coming off. After sending pictures of several angles 1up wants to charge us for a replacement controller. Apparently this is an issue they know about since they now put plexiglass over the graphics so this won't happen. Too bad I'm stuck with it.

Stool came without screws.Arcade1up customer service wants me to pay $25.00 s/h for like 10 screws …

No after sales support. Machine just out of warranty and support dont care, just tell you to go online and source spare parts yourself.

Cabinets are quite poorly put together which you get when you see how lightweight they are.

They take 3 days to respond to any emails so the whole process of being told they wont help has taken over 3 weeks.

They don't respond to reviews on here which again shows what they think of customers

After complaining they finally agreed to sell me a replacement board at a cost of 125 dollars.

These machines are constantly going faulty which indicates an inherent problem but they do not care.

These things are complete junk. Censored and altered content. MDF construction, screws are falling out within a year or two. Comes with damage new in box. They use permanent markers to color in damage. Easily fall apart. Pricing starts at $500 and I have trouble selling this in like new condition for $200.

Purchased the digital game table were uk based worked of for a couple weeks then all of a sudden the app isn't available in uk you can't access your online account to speak to support can't even make a new account it won't recognise uk phone number the board won't even connect to WiFi as its not recognised I've literally got a brick!! No support total rip off suddenly stopping any UK access to app or Web site extremely angry

Worst arcade company around have 15 of there machines and every time I have a issue with a machine big blow off from 1UP arcade They don’t know how to trouble shoot there machines there is NO Warranty that they stand behind Stay away from this company as far as you can they SUCK AT ARCADE MACHINES THEY DONT LNOW WHAT THERE DOING

I must say theirs no point of buying any arcade1up that has MVC2 on it. The online is bad, it's like your characters are fighting under water. Horrible! If you buying it for mvc2 and you play really good everywhere else, get ready. As far as playing mvc1 and Xvs online is great! I purchased the mvc2 cab to play others online and I regret it. I guess I'll go back to playing it on my 360.

i made a big mistake buying an arcade 1up peice of garbage. £350 for a midget mahine and only 12 games. crap 17 inch screen and broken plug in the box and faulty marquee. arcade 1 up customer service was very poor. DPD delivery was just the same. i sold the peice of rubish for less money. i went to arcade city uk. and bought a real arcade machine with 3000 games. arcade 1 up you are a joke.

Their machines are beautiful and so much fun but why is it such an effort to get them in Australia? They don't offer delivery here which is frustrating!!!

They make great cabinets with incredible artworks on it. Never had a problem with my MK legacy edition, no bug, no problem with the interface, only fun. I bought it from Walmart tho
