This whole experience has been very disappointing. I have asked for a full refund. Different excuses from different people at different times. Being mislead about delivery time. Then when I get the product delivered in the back of a car at around 9.30pm when I was getting ready for bed it is of a poor quality build. Really really poor and communication was awful. I had to ring again and again to chase and no replies to my emails. Won't be coming back to this company.

I’m back to update my original review… yes I was understandably annoyed at the late Christmas delivery however I’m not an unreasonable human and understand joe can’t control the delivery companies. He was a victim of Christmas promises also. Joe was let down , resulting in his orders not making the Xmas cut. I get it. Some don’t and want to try and ruin his company. …. Wow. WORTH THE WAIT. The machine runs perfect, the graphics are phenomenal! (We had the elite custom) Joe personally delivered our machine, and we couldn’t be happier! Worth the wait. What a genuine , helpful guy who knows his stuff. A true arcade geek! Thank you.

Spoke to the man at this company several
Times this week he assured me my grandsons machine would arrive by Tuesday Christmas Eve, it has not arrived and he refuses to respond to any communication. Absolutely appalling. After reading the reviews this is obviously common practice for him year after year, maybe he should learn from the past and stop ruining children’s Christmas just to take an extra order when he obviously cannot fulfill them. Vile vile behaviour!
The machine was ordered in November surely you could if let us know before now and we could if at least bought one elsewhere

I really, really want to make this review better than it is but I can’t. Initially purchased at the beginning of November and was super impressed that it was delivered in just over 2 weeks. Was unpackaged a week later and realised there was a problem with the joystick in that it doesn’t work in all directions. Sent email which was responded to quickly asking to call to book service. This has now been done 3 times and either engineer does not turn up or promised return of phone call does not happen. It’s now Xmas Eve and promised engineer has again not showed up so Xmas present is not going to be working. I’m quite a chilled out person and have worked in customer service most of my life but this has proper annoyed me. The machine, the casing the games are all what we want but it’s no good if you can’t play it !!
6/1/25 Update- phone call received to repair machine. - surprise, surprise appointment cancelled half an hour after they were due to turn up !
7/1/25 - it’s fixed. Like I said previously, I cannot fault the machine build and now it’s working, the games but this time customer service has been lacking. Victim of own success may be part of it as well as all the bad luck in the world thrown in hence my stars going up, however a phone call when promised makes all the difference and sadly customer service was lacking.

I have ordered numerous arcade machines from other places but never have i had it built for you!! I was amazed and super grateful. What a brilliant company. Great value for money for a fantastic arcade machine. I can't wait for my son to open it on Christmas Day and to order another one next year!!

I bought an arcade machine from these fellas five years ago when they were trading as Arcade Mania a few miles away on Pershore Road, delighted to say it has more than stood the test of time and even happier to learn that they are still trading, now obviously in a different name, but the same guys and the same cracking helpful accommodating and approachable service. As a result I feel more than obliged to say a few words on here. Will be nipping their way in the new year to look at an additional machine. Fantastic value for money and an absolute bargain compared to the prices some of their peers are charging for what seem like inferior versions. You will not go wrong with these folks.

What an amazing piece of kit! It's actually more than I hoped for. Built and delivered well in time for Christmas and arrived in perfect order and the customer service was excellent (asked for a list of games I could print). Perfect.

It looks even better than I thought it would! Beautifully made and works straight out of the box! Can’t wait to spend hours gaming! Had an issue where I didn’t know how to adjust the volume and got help within 20 minutes via email, excellent service and communication throughout. Very happy thanks guys.

I purchased the elite arcade machine and all I can say is wow. We all love playing on it, and it has so many games. The build quality is excellent along with the customer service. I've called a few times and I've always had a friendly and helpful response to all my questions answered. I couldn't be happier and recommend arcade geeks highly.

Had some really impressive customer service real from Arcade Geeks and Joe in particular who has been very helpful in solving a problem or two we've had with an arcade machine bought quite a while ago.

I bought this from Ebay as I'm of a certain age and played Space Invaders at youth club in the early 80s amongst other games i.e Scramble and Phoenix at caravan parks as a young teen. Payment made and package arrived a few days later. Very well packaged and came in 2 boxes. Had a few teething issues to begin with and sent an email which Rod speedily replied to. Sent a new micro switch and was talked through the process by Joe. Unfortunately the issue remained. Joe drove 2 hours to collect the machine to take back to repair. I dislodged a wire whilst changing over the micro switch. Joe then delivered the unit back a few days later. What amazing customer service from Arcade Geeks. Machine now works perfectly and with huge selection of games even my grown up children who are fathers now, can play their favourites from the noughties and the grandchildren can also play on the simpler ones. Absolutely love it and it's retro look. Well worth the money and in my opinion a little underpriced for a fantastic piece of furniture. Visitors are also blown away by it and always ask to play their favourites from years gone by. A big thank you to Rod and Joe for their support and quick responses to my queries. It's going to be a great Christmas for the guests with this. We as a family all love it. 5 star plus.

I have been dealing back and forth with Rod, as a complicated customer and wanting my own design etc and wow I have never received such excellent customer service. They have attended to my every wish and came back with better than expected. Cannot wait until this arrives now and I will be sure to update with images. Would not pass this company. Many thanks

The arcade machine we ordered for xmas for our son(and us) came quickly and efficiently. We booted it up today to make sure all was good... we played on it for over an hour before hiding it for when our son came home from school. I'd recommend 100 percent. The team is also really helpful and reply to emails very quickly

Awesome service, friendly, helpful staff and very knowledgeable.
They even had the patience to deal with a computer novice such as myself. Nothing was too much of an issue.
Games are fantastic. Kids (and me!) are very happy.

Great service and fantastic machine. We have had ours a couple of years now and it still looks and plays great. I recently had a question about the volume and they got back to my email straight away. Even though we have had it a couple of years!

A superbly built arcade machine that really gives you the feeling that you had in the arcades back in the day.

I say this in terms of nostalgia and the hardware that Arcade Geeks send to you.

Whilst I have had lots of arcade games running on emulators and consoles, none have had the physical controls and accuracy that the arcade machine supplied to me had.

Great communications from the guys during my order and building phase.

Really well packaged, safely delivered. Easy to put together.

Lots of customisable options in terms of menus, favourites, graphics display options and such. You can choose if you want it to appear as it did in the arcade (scan lines or smoother display etc).

A massive choice of games.
