Archimake workshops and courses are ideal for young people who love drawing, being creative, making, and solving problems. We help young people develop creative skills and learn about the built environment and design through STEM. Drawing, model making and presentations are the skills developed to show creative and logical problem solving skills. We are accredited to award Level 1, 2 & 3 national qualifications (equivalent to GCSE and AS level). Courses run from 10 weeks to 2 years. At the end of each term children present their projects at the Project Review Event and receive feedback from leading industry professionals. Children are awarded a certificate of completion at the end of each term completed.

My son really enjoyed working on the Modern Art Gallery Extension - Drawing. Being a lover of history and the gathering of information, he was very impressed with the wealth of knowledge gained during the session.
My son was also very impressed with the architectural terminologies used.
I highly recommend Archi Make as the sessions are not just an Art lesson, but well rounded and the students are prepared & equipped to a good standard during the trial session. My son is SEN and he was able to cope with the on-line session. He is very keen to continue with Archi Make.

Archimake
Archimake London is a wonderful place for children who are interested in creativity, design, and architecture. Our daughter Patricia wants to become an architect, and these classes are both very fun and very useful for her development.
Children are encouraged to think creatively while learning practical design skills. Patricia really enjoys attending Archimake, and we are very happy to see how much confidence and imagination it gives her.
Highly recommended for children who love art, design, and building creative ideas.

Excellent Term 5 , Parks Theme for my 12 and 15 year old.
Excellent term for my 12 and 15 year old who are now in there 5th term. The theme was Parks and they enjoyed exploring landscape architecture, water circulation and features as well as creating their own outdoor learning experiences. Their drawing and modelling skills greatly improved this term term. They both explored using water colour to add depth and more context to their visualisations as well as re-using materials from our recycling bin. My son’s perspective drawing have come along well which is what he’s most proud of this term. My daughter expanding her model making skills was her highlight.
The project review day was outstanding this term with excellent feedback and conversation from professions from RIBA and Hopkins Architects.
Both are looking forward to the Frank aggregate intermediate course in summer term. Thank you Cheryl and the team for structured learning where the children can be open and experimental in their learning with feedback and discussion along the way.

Thank you so much for this detailed review — it's brilliant to hear both children have had such a strong fifth term with the Parks theme, from landscape architecture and water circulation right through to their own outdoor learning designs. Lovely to hear about the watercolour work and reusing materials from the recycling bin too — that kind of experimentation is exactly what we want to encourage. Congratulations to your son on his perspective drawing progress, and to your daughter on developing her model-making so well.
We're also delighted the Project Review conversations with our guest professionals from RIBA and Hopkins Architects added so much this term. I have just attended the project review for the end of my child’s first term. It was really helpful and insightful getting the guest speakers feedback and expertise on my child’s work especially the model making. Overall the topic of kiosks has been an interesting and engaging one for my child and she has learnt a lot.

My child recently had her first workshop with Archimake and it went well. The motivation for signing up was to give my child a taster of what the work of an architect involves and so far this has delivered. We are looking forward to the concepts and themes that will be covered over the coming weeks.

A Brilliant Creative Programme
Archimake is brilliant! Both my children enjoy the lessons, which they attend in person at the weekends in their own time. They learn things they wouldn’t normally encounter in a traditional school environment. The course is centred around architecture but also helps develop a general awareness of their surroundings, which is extremely valuable. It’s run by professionals currently working in architecture. I would highly recommend it!

My daughter enjoys archimake
This is my daughters third term with archimake. My daughter enjoys attending archimake, she loves different types of buildings and drawing them. She also enjoys building the modal buildings. The archimake tutors are very good at explaining how to draw or make different buildings which may have been difficult to draw/make. Thankyou archimake team for your hard work!

Archimaker for nearly 4 years
As my daughter has been attending ARCHIMAKE for nearly 4 years, it has helped her not only with her drawing skills but also with her presentation and communication skills. It boosted her self confidence and her public speaking has improved a lot especially when they present their works during their end-of-term project review.

My children really enjoyed this workshop and were inspired by the setting at Zaha Hadid architects. They made Zaha Hadid inspired models of buildings using different materials after visiting a materials library. My daughter left the experience wanting to become an architect

The course started late and finished late , without being communicated to us parents.
Also very little information was passed on to us parents at the beginning of the course as to welcome.
Other than that my daughter was very happy to be in the course so we are generally happy about it

We are sorry to hear that the timing was not to schedule, as this was a collaborative workshop with an industry partner we are unable to be in control of the timing as we would our own workshops. We are sorry if you did not receive a welcome - usually parents drop off their child, and then all children are welcomed in the workshop setting. We're glad that to know your daughter was very happy.
