Darren helped us with our extension and loft conversion. He and the team got us both planning permission and building warrant and the build went exactly as planned and even came in budget. Really knowledgeable and easy to work with. Can't recommend enough.

Engaged to provide a structural design for a conservatory roof replacement. Delivered a code compliant design however, no consideration was given to the final quality and construction aspects. No consideration given to additional build costs resulting from their direction to the builder without prior discussion with their client . When approached on this matter they refused to accept accountability for their own design and effectively walked away from the job. £900 paid for absolutely no benefit. I would not recommend these guys.

I would strongly advise anyone thinking of using this company thinks again, once they have your money they do not reply to any communications and then they get angry when you visit their office, It took me almost 2 year to get a simple job done of getting a garage converted to a bedroom.

At certain stages of the conversion photos had to be submitted to Building Control, this was when they noticed that the existing building structure was not as the architects had shown on the approved drawings. They requested an explanation for this, I relayed this to the architect who told me, and I quote “Don't worry about this I deal with this all the time, I will sort it out” I later found out he did nothing about it.

On what I thought was the completion of the conversion a completion certificate was submitted to building control and a date was agreed for inspection, this was when I found out the architect had done nothing about the the enquiry regarding the existing building structure being different from what was shown on the approved drawings, needless to say because of this and the fact that they had shown existing soffit and roof ventilation on the drawing which just did not exist, furthermore there was modifications shown on the drawing which was not part of the conversion but they had not made it clear that this work was not to be done, also the company that they had recommended to do the work had not installed cavity air vents in the walls.

An amendment application had to be made to Building Control which cost me a further £100 as well as, would you believe, having to pay the architect to rectify all the errors he had made on the original application, this amendment took several months to get submitted as the architects did not answer my calls or reply to my texts and when I was eventually forced to visit his office he got annoyed and intimated he was not happy about me turning up unannounced at his workplace.

The whole experience was a nightmare, and although they initially done a survey on the building it was as if they ignored this or just didn't bother gathering enough information to do a bona fide drawing as due to the errors on the drawing it was as if they done a generic drawing rather than one specific to my building, stay well clear of this company.
